I have been visiting this pharmacy for the last four years. I have always appreciated the kindness of the pharmacists. However, today I had a horrible experience with one of them. She seems not to like to do her job, she refused to listen to me and yelled at me. I felt disrespected as a patient. In the end I didn't purchase my medication there and will never go back. This is a bad customer experience and I was wondering if she was going to treat a Japanese person the same as she treated me.

4年ほど前からこちらの薬局に通っています。 薬剤師さんの対応にはいつも感謝しています。 しかし、今日私はそのうちの一人で恐ろしい経験をしました。 彼女は仕事をするのが好きではないようで、私の言うことを聞かず、私に怒鳴りました。 患者として軽蔑されていると感じました。 結局、そこで薬を購入しませんでしたし、二度と行きません。 これは悪い顧客体験であり、彼女が私に扱ったのと同じように日本人を扱うつもりなのかと思いました。
