The place is very small, and very crowded with cats and birds. Each cage has 2 adult cats!! The cats seem depressed and don't respond to human interaction. Most of them have a ringworm (fungal) infection. Their food and water was old and dirty.

The place is dirty and unorganized. It's disappointing to see animals being treated this way.

As for pet products, they only have limited options to choose from.

There's a lot of room for improvement here.
