Mövenpick Dead Sea Jordan

I stayed at the hotel for two nights with my parents and sibling during February 2024 and we had a great time. The place is beautiful and calm, with a relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the open spaces between the different areas of the resort with vegetation, fountains and benches. A real breath of fresh air.

☕Breakfast: the breakfast was wonderful and full of options. It might be the best buffet breakfast I’ve seen. Great options for vegetarians and celiacs.

🥘Other meals: we kept returning to the Lebanese restaurant in the plaza called The Grill because of its range of options for vegetarians and celiacs and because the plaza was so beautiful and relaxing.

👥Staff: everyone was so helpful and kind!

🛏Rooms: both rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable.

🏖Beach: make sure to make your way down to the beach, it’s beautiful. Bring flip flops or shoes and the salt rocks are surprisingly sharp. The hotel has special containers with mud so you can put some on without necessarily having to go into the water.

Our day visit to Mövenpick Dead Sea Jordan left me speechless with the sheer beauty of the property. The variety of swimming pools caters to different tastes, but the highlight is undeniably the Dead Sea – a truly unique experience with its rejuvenating mud and salty water, leaving the skin literally glowing. On the F&B side, our voucher was well-spent at the pool bar; the club sandwich was exceptional. However, it's worth noting that the area around the swimming pool had a significant number of flies, which slightly detracted from an otherwise outstanding experience.

A great place to chill and have a great time in the dead sea! The staff are extremely nice and helpful. One of the staff was Hussein and he was very welcoming and helpful as well!
Recommended to stay there with your family!

Had a wonderful experience at the Spa! The staff, Mr Suhaib was super welcoming and friendly and the massage by the strong hands of Mrs Silva was more than superb! Will do again very soon

A wonderful weekend at the best hotel ever!
I loved every thing about our stay at this amazing resort, starting from the easy check in process to the beautiful rooms in the village area, the delicious food options at both the breakfast and dinner buffets, and the very relaxing pools area. They have many pools; for families, adults, kids, Jacuzzi..etc
And the best part was the deadsea swimming or let me say floating experience with the mud bath.

The whole experience was a lifetime experience. Thank you for all the kindness and cooperation from all the staff members.

My favourite hotel by the Dead Sea by far. The grounds are beautiful, facilities are amazing, and the staff are great. I love the beach area by the sea, and the infinity pool area. The buffet breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of food options for the evening. Mainly, it’s a fantastic place to relax. Special thanks to Omar K and Dana at reception for their kindness.

Great service and wonderful host. They are very attentive and responsive within seconds. Great offers by the pool and was worried going in February would be a bad call but the pools were heated and the sea was warm and nice. The staff is so kind and sweet

Such a very nice hotel with high level of hospitality, very professional staff and super friendly.
I would like to thank thoroughly the receptionist Ms.Rawan for making everything easier to handle in a prompt response manner. Additionally, Mr Elsayed hassan responsible for housekeeping, he is very helpful and supportive, very friendly with great touristic suggestions.
Overall the place is clean, cozy, quiet, great for couples, and has lots of activities for families and children as well.

Honestly, Its one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The most nicest and hospitable staff I’ve ever seen. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. The setting and the aesthetic of the hotel itself is remarkable. I tried the signature massage in Zara Spa and I would like to personally thank Suhaib Al-Jaarat and Yagmur for the hospitality and kindest and I would especially thank Nadya for the best massage I’ve ever had and tried. I recommend this to everyone who wants to feel like they’re in heaven.

We have stayed at two hotels in the same area of the Dead Sea and the Movenpick is by far the best. The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurants & bars were top notch. The campus is quite large so getting from your room to the beach or to the restaurant will take some time (only possible drawback). Also this was booked by our travel agency so we do not know if it was a great value. The drinks at the bar/restaurant were exceedingly expensive. The extra dollars (assuming a wee pricey) are definitely worth it though.

The Movenpick resort on the Dead Sea is bit expensive with distinct 'neighborhoods' to explore within the premises. The lobby, main dining, and pool areas are generously spacious, offering a variety of amenities. Multiple dining options are available for guests to choose from.

Upon entering my room, I found it to be as comfortable and well-appointed as expected from a resort of this caliber, contributing to a pleasant stay. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring a large bathroom and a surprisingly spacious balcony overlooking the Dead Sea.

A private beach on the Dead Sea is conveniently located below the resort, equipped with lounge chairs and towels. Showers on the beach allow guests to rinse off the salty water or therapeutic mud after floating in the sea. While it's a bit of a walk uphill to the main resort, a golf cart service is available to transport guests to the pool or lobby areas.

During my visit in November, the resort appeared less populated, likely due to cancellations related to recent events in the region. Despite the quieter atmosphere, I enjoyed Lebanese dishes for dinner at The Grill Restaurant, where only a few diners were present. More guests were outside in the village square, listening to live entertainment on the night of my stay. The extensive and delectable breakfast buffet at Al Saraya Restaurant in the main building was set up for only a handful of diners.

Throughout my short stay, the hospitality and service provided by the staff were exceptional. I sincerely hope that visitor numbers pick up soon, benefiting both the resort and the local community.

This is obviously the best hotel in the dead sea!the hospitality and the services it’s above the expectations,it’s was very smooth check in with the lady Rawan special thanks to her ! The food is very good in both the buffet and the restaurants, although the restaurants were expensive ,The pools are shaped in a great way and have fostered so many amazing memories since my childhood and my first visit when I was only 4! I love this place

A magical stay !! Everything was super perfect and the room was clean and we the breakfast was very good .. we were welcomed by Dana from guest relation and upgraded us to a sea view room and check in was very smoothly and fast .. the staff are very friendly in the hotel and make everything easily

One of the best hotels I've stayed at! The resort is huge, luxurious, picturesque and due to the Gaza situation incredibly quiet to stay at. My only regrets are not staying longer and missing the chocolate hour at 4pm. Don't pay much attention to the critical reviews, there's just no pleasing some people, personally I couldn't fault this place. It is is a true 5 star experience you won't regret!

Beautiful resort with a lovely adults only pool area. Fab views over the Dead Sea. Amazing food in Lebanese restaurant on site and great breakfast included in stay.

The hotel aesthetic and decor. All staff was very friendly and ready to help. The guest relation team specially Dana was ready with a room upgrade as it was my partner's birthday. Also , she welcomed us by message and once we arrived she sent as cake to our room. Thank you so much

We had an amazing experience at Movenpick Hotel. The staff was so attentive and friendly. Rawan welcomed us and ensured that everything was running well. Breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of food. The beach was so cool, you have the staff ready to help you for everything while you enjoy the uniqueness of the Dead Sea.
