First off, the view from this camp is absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend the tents, they're right at the front of the cliff.
The prices are very reasonable. I really liked the dinner buffet, and the lunch box they provide for the guided hikes. You can arrange for multiple hikes from this camp. I recommend the Wadi Dana trail, Al-Barrah trail, and the Wadi Ghrweib trail.
Ali, the manager, is a gem. When I was stuck in the Dana valley due to a flash flood, he coordinated the effort to rescue me. He even adjusted the booking amount because I couldn't stay there for one night, even though my luggage was at the camp.
They have solar panels for electricity, so you might not always get hot water in the bathrooms. The location is also quite far from Dana village, so you might need your own vehicle, or hitchhike from the King's highway.

Very nice accomodation!
The nature and view is breathtaking, rooms are cozy and there's a gas heater so you won't freeze at night. The staff are also very friendly! Breakfast is good.

The place was amazing! It’s the best option when you run far away from the crowded city.

My room was fantastic with a breathtaking view! They provided a heater with 3 eyes so we could use it at night because it was so cold.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, they took me on a private tour in the valley and mountains nearby to show me the wild plants. Thank you Oqla 🙏🏻

The food was delicious; they have an original olive oil and thyme! And I’ve never tasted labaneh and halawa as good as I did at another camp.

Spending the night outdoors there absolutely is a good idea especially if the moon wasn’t on the sky, I felt I’mat a billion stars camp because I was able to see millions of stars at night far from light pollution!

The outside bathrooms and inside were very clean! Don’t forget to bring a small mirror because there wasn’t one in my room (I don’t know if it’s part of the experience of being near nature!) but maybe there was one in other rooms.

Definitely. I’ll go back!

What an incredible place to stay. If I could give them more stars I would! This is the best place we stayed in Jordan.

Everything was amazing. The chalet are super cute and the views over the Canyon can't be beaten.

All the food is handmade and absolutely delicious.

The staff is incredibly caring and helpful. They do everything they can to make you feel welcomed and have an amazing.

You really feel at home and so safe (especially for women).

The owner does such a brilliant job for his community and every person that works there is fantastic.

They also accepted to change our transfer booking at the last minute and the driver was simply the best. So caring and helpful.

We also loved the hike at the feathers canyon. It's stunning and once again the guide was amazing.

We left this place with a lot of emotion because it is exactly this kind of experiences that makes travelling beautiful and we are so thankful we got to experience it.

The place was amazing, the rooms very beautiful and the workers were the best kind of people. I highly recommend to try this camp when planning to do some trekking around Dana. Also, get up at 6:30 to watch the sunset lighting up the canyon!

This was an amazing stay. The staff was so kind to us, there was infinite tea. The food was very good. The nature was amazing, really a place to enjoy the peace. The trip we took to Wadi Ghuweir was worth it, we really enjoyed it.

What an incredible place, shout out to Ibrahim and Mohamed for making an excellent meal. These guys can also organise all sorts of hikes, we did the 3 day Dana to Little Petra and Tarik, Mohamed & Isam were fantastic.

It is one of the best camps that you can find in Dana reserve. The location is unique because it is the only one on the top of the mountain directly over Dana reserve.

Just an amazing place, kind people, clean place. Magnificent view, Good food especially diner! Nice place managed by 6 guys who are kind! Absolute a must book! Together with the wadi ghuweir trail (you can book there the evening before the trail).
One tip: take a sheet with you for sleeping, there are only blankets.

Loved the camp and staff. This place is a little paradise. The food was good, the accomadations comfortable and the staff was amazing. We spent 11 days in Jordan, and Ali was able to help us book the first part of our hike, along with transportation and camps, along with our trek.

This place was amazing. Our best stay in Jordan. The location is great. The food was amazing and everyone at the camp made this place perfect. We felt extremely welcome and safe as solo female travellers. We went on an amazing hike through the Dana reserve and just wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff on site are all good people who are more than happy to help.
We enjoyed the tours to the caves and through the valley.
The accommodation is good for the money but you'll want to spend most of your time doing the walks anyway.
The evening meal is a really tasty local buffet - a fat pig like me went back for seconds.

Wow that was such a great stay! We did the Feathers Canyon Tour with Salah and it was a very unique experience. He showed us so many plants, herbs and animals along the hike and explained about the live of Nabateans back in time. The views were amazing with included chai brake plus sunset point. The dinner at the camp was one of the best we had and staff is super friendly. The rooms were clean and the location is breathtaking as you are located above the canyon and the view on stars at night is so beautiful. Definitely best stay for Dana Biosphere reserve!

Pls don’t expect a hotel!! It’s a camp which I would call „glamping“ with family warm atmosphere and authenticity. We were looking for such an experience (similar to desert camps at Wadi Rum) and it was great and definitely would come again. If you look for super fancy European hotel stay than you should consider another place.

We had a stay for a few nights in one of the rooms. The service is great and the people are so nice and helpful! Food was very good and plentiful. They made sure we had extra blankets and heating in the room and the common seating area. Facilities are basic but working. Can wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Nice welcome from awesome staff. Excellent location with great views. We got a free room upgrade, which was perfect! Very clean. Free tea and water all day long. Obviously quiet and you can do great hikes from there. Food was amazing! Just a small tip: bring a towel because they don't provide them and a mosquito repellent just in case. Thank you Mohamed (welcome to Jordan, Yunan) !

This is definitely place to stop over night. The location is fantastic. The camp is located at the edge of cliff. You can enjoy sunset, walking around is nice. What I must highlight is food. I didn’t find many places with that excellent local food. There are many dishes at the table, so you can choose all of them. The owner is very nice man who will help you what ever you need. They will give you free tea which you can drink until you can not more. The place is basic, but very cosy. We done wall from camp to Wadi Gruweir. It takes whole day. You need to have a map to do it. There is nothing, just nature which makes trip so enjoyable.
