Wadi Rum View Camp

My wife and my experience at Wadi Rum View Camp exceeded all expectations, thanks to Atiq, the incredible owner, and his dedicated team. Our experience was nothing short of magical—it was our favorite part of visiting Jordan!

Atiq went above and beyond to tailor our stay, arranging a unique night in a cave and adjusting our Jeep tour to perfection. His attention to detail ensured we got the most out of every moment, and we even had some stops all to ourselves, making our sunset experience truly exceptional.

Now, let's talk about the food - hands down some of the best in Jordan. Each meal was a delightful surprise, showcasing the rich flavors of the region.

The camp's small size provided an incredibly personalized experience. It felt like a hidden gem in the heart of Wadi Rum, offering intimacy and authenticity that you won't find elsewhere.
And let's not forget the tents - cozy and comfortable, they were the perfect retreat after a day of exploration.

Everything has been perfect with very supportive helps especially by Eteyg the manager from the beginning when i made the plan, to the end of exploring Wadi Rum. They are so caring about their guest's schedules & interests, and needs, then you do not need to worry about something, just tell/ ask them, they are willing to try to meet your needs.
I had a full day tour to discover lots of interesting places & so tasty Bedouin traditional hand-made lunch in the desert, and a camp stay with great dinner & breakfast,. I had only a day tour though, they supported me a lot almost 2 days because of my tour plan. I have heard they have another good programs as like a cave stay, and hikes on big/high mountains in the desert, and white desert tour, which meet a lot with my interests, i would love to do them next time for sure.
Thanks a lot a lot everyone to make my trip in the Wadi rum desert meaningful & enjoyable very much.

Wonderful experience! We felt like we were relatives that come to visit! We felt home! Etajj and his brothers and staff are very kind, funny and they organized the camp with all the comfort that you can imagine! They paid attention to all our needs. The meals that they prepared for us, in the middle of the desert, such as in the camp were amazing. They shared with us theirs beduin culture, trying to explain how to live in that beautiful place that is the desert. Hope to come back one day. Choukran

The best experience in Jordan.
Atik is a great guide with great Bedouin stories, authentic camp, amazing Bedouin tea, great lunch made by his wife. The day tour was perfect, we joked around about his car, which was a Toyota pick-up, also a fun one. :) We had a great time! Thanks a lot!

Atik is an ambitious camp owner who treats his customers extremely well. He was proactive and reached out to us before our arrival sharing the GPS location. We drove to his place and parked our rental car there. We then ventured out into the desert in his jeep. We did not only stay in Atik's camp but also booked one of his tours. The experience overall has been quite magical; The calmness of the desert, the good food, ... etc. It just adds up to an amazing time we had there.

Atik drove to the camp and back to our car the next day. He checked on us a few times after to ensure we arrived safely. Overall, I would really recommend visiting his camp and doing his tours. Also the prices were top notch!

This was the best part of our trip in Jordan and although there is so many camps to choose from Wadi Rum View Camp is cosy, comfortable and hosted by amazing عتييق Aaetyeek. He gives all his heart to make sure the guest feel at home. Evening with Bedouin’ stories will be something you’ll remember. I highly recommend! And don’t even think it’s unsafe, cold or dangerous. It’s amazing!!

We spent two marvellous days in wadirum rum. Izaic is a fantastic guide. He showed us very beautiful places and he cooked for us. It was incredible.

Very good nice camp with all good facilities. Away from other camps, great location. Its a night to remember in whole of Jordan , you are in safe hands with Ateeik عتيق - very trustworthy & welcoming, showed us the beauty of Wadi rum & all the main sites. It was a great day & company. The dinner served (zarab) on the spot, prepared by his brother Mohammed, was great opportunity to try real local food. Breakfast included. I highly recommend this camp.

Amazing and unforgettable experience in Wadi Rum. Atik is a professional guide and authentic Bedouin who opens his camp to everyone who wants to know about the bedouins and the wonders of this place. The camp is clean and warm, fantastic views from the majlis and fireplace. The camp is in a quite area to enjoy the full and real experience of sleeping in the desert.

THE place to avoid tourist factories and find authenticity, far from the ridiculous camps of bubbles. (no need of individual bubbles to see the stars at night:)
Ateeq is a real Bedouin, who works alone (sometimes with his brother and father, when too many visitors), and loves his desert.
He is incredibly kind and wants to share his passion with you.
He built his camp with his hands. Wonderful camp.
In addition to his many qualities and talents, he is a very good cook. We saw his stew cook over a wood fire in the tent.
In short, perfect trip and night. We will be back for a longer period.

Camp with very nice location, outiside of civilisation. It is just under the mountain. In the camp there are traditional Beduine tents and one big tent for activities. You can definitely enjoy desert and join various activities.

Wonderful, magical, holy place.

Jeśli zależy Ci na prawdziwym poznaniu życia Beduinów, spędzeniu wieczorów przy ognisku i rozmowach o życiu do późnych godzin, to musisz odwiedzić to miejsce.

Jest to camp położony na środku pustyni, autentyczny - nie jak inne obozy blisko wioski lub przy głównej drodze. Właściciel obozu jest bardzo dobrym gospodarzem. Przyjechaliśmy na dwie noce, finalnie zostaliśmy na 4. Nasz program pobytu był mocno elastyczny, bez pośpiechu i ograniczeń.

Atajak dostosował wszystko pod nas. Jedzenie było bardzo dobre, autentyczne.
