Very good experience and great service. The offices are next to the border, the staff is very friendly and helps you at all times, in just a few minutes we already had a car for our trip, also facilities in the return of the vehicle. Excellent service and car provided. Really convenient as it is right on the Jordan side of the border, so no need to travel any further. The host was easily contactable and allowed for flexibility including drop off point, which really helped. 100% recommend

I personally made a great experience with Al Thuraya. We were traveling with a group of 16 people from Jordan River Crossing through Jordan and returned the two 9 person van in Aqaba. Everything went well, especially the communication was prospective and well organised. Thank you very much!
With luggage it would be very tight with room, but with 8 person in each van it was for sure okay!
We booked insurance and WiFi , which delivered at least decent amount of data, which was very helpful. So all in all everything went smooth and good, that's why I would for sure recommend this place.

Problemlose Anmietung und Abgabe (Abgabe erfolgte am Flughafen). Freundliches, zuverlässiges Personal und einfache Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Die Fahrzeuge waren einfach, aber zuverlässig (genau das richtige für die Straßen). Leider hatte ich einen Strafzettel beim Parken erhalten, welcher jedoch unkompliziert und fair bearbeitet wurde. Ich würde bei Al Thuraya wieder mieten!
