Very good communication. Paid for drop off and pick up as would be first time driving in Jordan. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous. Car was very clean and in good condition. No problems driving from Amman to Wadi Rum. I would recommend the full insurance as then they accept a debit card rather than taking credit card details to protect them against damage etc. was very easy to add second driver. Would use again.

The whole experience was smooth and easy. From the airport we were picked up, then the pick up was easy. We were given a Nissan Sunny with a few thousand miles. The car drove amazing and had no faults. The return process was very easy.

I traveled through Jordan with my sister for a week and rented a car from Monte Carlo car rent.
What an amazing service!
Our beautiful car was waiting at the border in the north at the Sheikh Hussein Bridge, we could immediately continue to our first destination, the Dead Sea, then we headed to Mount Nebo and then to Petra.
We drove from Petra to Aqaba and changed the car to a very beautiful 4x4 car for the Wadi Rum Desert.
This change of car was very easy and was completely arranged by our hotel.

We drove the car in the desert, that was super fun. After our stay in the desert we could drop the car at the border crossing in Aqaba.

We were completely unburdened.
The Monte Carlo team is very friendly and always available 24/7.

In addition, there is a handy wifi and navigation in the cars, so that makes it even easier.

The first deposit is also only 100 JOD, which is very easy to pay.

Very good experience, the car was working without problems (mountaines, warm, sand), company provided bus shuffle from and to airport.

We hired a car with Monte Carlo and had a great experience. Communications were very clear and they were very flexible and allowed for an extra day hiring as I had not booked the correct amount of time.
Jordan is an amazing country and well worth a visit. Despite the conflicts ongoing in the area we found it to be very safe and friendly.

Perfect experience, mainly with our guy Bahaa. He picked us up at the agreed time (4 AM) and returned us to the airport at 1 AM. No hassle, and got a few laughs. Recommend!

Had great experience with Monte Carlo rental car services. The car is a new car with almost no hassle/ problem. They deliver our car to the hotel and to drop off, we just have to drive to their office on the way to the airport and they will send us over to the airport. We had a great experience with Monte Carlo car rental. It is a local agency with fine cars and competitive pricing. Staff is very kind and honest. Collection was easy, they picked us up at the airport even though we arrived late in the night due to major flight delay. They were also quick to respond and understanding when someone accidentally scratched the car in front of our hotel.
