Nice restaurant overlooking the waterfall and the hot spring swimming pool. Food was very tasty and the waiter was very service oriente.. A good stop to have a lunch break. Highly recommended.

My parents and I are absolutely in love with this place. The staff was amazing and the natural hot springs are both relaxing and medicinal. It’s reasonably priced for the high quality amenities. The food was fantastic and the rooms are new but with a classic/antique look. Plus, the most professional and friendliest staff ever!

Lovely hotel with the Ma’in hot springs essentially within the hotel grounds. Long winding mountain road to get to the hotel and the springs offering beautiful views. Friendly staff with clean and spacious rooms. Wifi worked well. Breakfast and dinner were tasty.

Booked with the Cascade Spa directly for a couples massage for my wife's birthday. One word to describe it... Amazing.

Ms Hadeel provided the best Customer Service and the 2 massage therapists were so professional.

Spent half a day there and throughout our session, plenty of refreshments were provided such as fresh orange juice, water, nuts, and dry fruits which were included in the massage package price. To highlight, Cascade Spa has its own cascade waterfall and thermal pool.

It was a worthy experience and will definitely return again.

Great hotel and a relaxing experience. We loved the friendliness of the staff and the informality and kindness of the interaction. The hotel may need to change/upgrade the treadmills, maybe eventually do something about the cold pool. We had a great experience and plan to go there again.

Hot fountain is crazy, suits are big with bath, worth staying for longer time! Breakfast is somewhat poor comparing to more accessible hotels, but enough to stay in shape and tasty.

This is one of our favourite places during the winter close to Amman. Natural hot water, beautiful hotel, good services! You are lucky if you can book for the weekend :) the best rooms are with waterfall view, you listen to the water all night long!

Nice place dor relaxing, massage sessions, and to enjoy the natural hot spring. The entry fees is 38 JODs per person including the water fall, sauna, and steam room, towels, and drinks and snacks. The staff is friendly and helpful, the place is clean and cozy. Highly recommended 👌

We took a long and dangerous route in the mountains by mistake otherwise reaching there is also easy.

Ma'in springs are easily accessible, very relaxing and therapeutic.

Nice surprise in the middle of almost nowhere. Wooden interior design that you don't see much anymore. Felt like a hotel from some old movie. Clean rooms and attentive staff. The drive there is dramatic.

A gem between the mountains waterfalls and fountains. At this place you're going to enjoy natural hot waterfalls and swimming pools. Everything natural at a walking distance. Also a restaurant and a room services are available. Parking is free of charge. Wifi and cellular connection are acceptable.

The breakfast was amazing experience.

The drive there was not easy a little bit tough to navigate the roads and you might loose your phone connection.

No available supermarkets or gas stations nearby so pack your things with you.

The rooms were not up to their best condition a little rust especially the bed mattress. Also the gym was not in the best shape.

I stayed for one day and I loved it and it was a cool experience.

We have been in the Spa of the hotel only for a massage and they leave us enjoy of the entire SPA with nice courtesies: serving to us some juice , nuts and water , the structure is good maintained and the staff is nice and gentle, and the massage was super!!! I recommend this place for having a beautiful experience in the natural spa in Jordan..!

The place is beautiful, you can see the Waterfall, and if you want to go to the Waterfall you have to go from 6am to 10am because they closed it for the rest of the public later than that becomes open to the public. They have a private water pool which use the thermal water. The view from our room was beutiful. Staff was very friendly and check in was on time. We went to eat at the restaurant the food was good but keep in mind they make it fresh so it takes time, we waited for like an hour for our food. I wish they add soda or juice to the room fridge

The only thing that was a bit disappointing is we were at 6th floor and the elevator was not working we had to take the stairs.

The place is amazing, if by luck you'll have the best view, the waterfalls outside your window.
Though a little bit far coz its at the top of the mountain, but its worth it when you get there.
The air is fresh and the scenery is breathtaking
You can experience the waterfalls and the thermal spring together,... oh relaxing...
