Retaj Rent a Car - Cheap Car Hire in Amman Taxi

These guys are better than 5 stars. My wife and I toured through Aman, with this car service and they were top notch. All their cars are excellent. The are not "taxis" they are excellent BMW's and SUV's so you are riding around in real luxury. Extremely clean and always stocked with water which you will need. All their drivers are professional and attentive, especially Anas, who was our primary driver during our stay in Aman. He was not just a driver, he was a great tour guide and showed us many of the wonderful historical places in Aman. Make sure he takes you Habibah Sweets, for the Konaffa, which is a great local desert. All the locals go there. Also he will stop and get you coffee which was some of the best coffee I have ever had. Aman, has these great coffee shops (way better than Starbucks) just along the side of the road and they just come up to your car, place an order and they bring it to your car window. If you need any transportation in Aman definitely use Retaj and while all the drivers are very nice make sure you ask for Anas.

I have recently used these rental services in Amman for work. Mohammad Abu Sa'ad was my driver and he was exceptional, professional and a friendly person. Services were excellent by this man the whole two days. I strongly recommend this rental agency.

The worst company you can deal with in your life. They are a group of scammers. They took 80 dinars from me and did not send me a car to pick me up as I agreed with them

Never ever ever book with them! Avoid at all costs. We booked a car, paid an advance, we were supposed to get picked up at the airport, no one showed up, phone lines listed are not being picked up and support is ignoring us. They are a trap, book with a brand!

We rented online and no one was at the airport. We called, wrote to them and they didn’t answer. 100% scam and we’ll make a chargeback claim to the bank and card processor.

Very bad experience and very bad and cheap service , not recommend at all , they are not honest
