The Wadi al Farasa Trail was the highlight of our two days in Petra, it's magnificent, the full trail is just beautiful, so much to explore, so much to do and away from crowds and for people trying to sell you something. 100% recommended!! Do it if you have the chance!

The Renaissance Tomb is the last big tomb within the High Place of Sacrifice Trail. Within the tomb you will find 14 graves. Don't miss the chance to take a picture of the beautiful sand stone colours inside the tomb.

Petra, originally known to its inhabitants as Raqmu or Raqēmō, is a historic and archaeological city in southern Jordan. Famous for its rock-cut architecture and water conduit system, Petra is also called the "Rose City" because of the colour of the sandstone from which it is carved; it was famously called "a rose-red city half as old as time" in a poem of 1845 by John Burgon. source
