Zaman Ya Zaman Boutique Hotel

i had a great experience at this hotel! both receptionists were very friendly, helpful, welcoming, and accommodating to me. i was nervous to travel alone to a brand new country, but Abed and Khaled helped me with arranging transportation, recommending stores/restaurants, and making sure i was comfortable in my room. the free breakfast was also great! they were terrific hosts and thanks to my stay at this hotel, i had a positive Amman experience!

I love this hotel. It is affordable. Very clean and well. Look after breakfast was simple yet tasty. I like their coffee a lot of beautiful view from the breakfast terrace. I think the location is also spot on

Everything was perfect, personal was so nice!
The owner offered us help with everything and took care of us for the whole time. He offered us free walkimg tour, also we appreciate help with renting a car.
Breakfast was good. Very nice waitress.

It was a great choice for a stay in Amman. The staff is friendly and helpful, delicious breakfast is served, the room is spotlessly clean. And what is more, the location is convenient as it's east to get to the main sights.

I looked forward to coming back to the room and resting and that says a lot for a city teeming with sights like Amman!

Customer service was outstanding! Wonderful room overlooking the Roman Amphitheater. Breakfast was great and meals were available on demand at other times. The staff were all fantastic! All sites of interest were within walking distance.

Superb. Just in front of the Roman Amphitheater and just under the Citadel, right in the middle of down town Amman. We recomend the Suite with terrace where we stayed, a no frills, spotlessly clean, two room apartment with insuite bathroom and a fresh AC, and the terrace that overlooks the bustlimg nightlife in the cool breeze. Not only it seems like home because of the healthy and hearty breakfast, but it can be one your operations center with the friendly staff organizing your trips around the country. We will be back. And if you have a problem, ask for Khaled Altbakhah, he will solve it.

Our room was clean, toilet and shower is divided by a transparent cubicle right next to bed which could be embarrassing for some but we managed. There's a shared toilet in the hallway so it's not such a big deal. Place is amazing, you have everything you need in a walking distance, breakfast is modest but it's alright.

Great location, well English speaking and friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and always smiling ladies in the kitchen. Good air-conditioner - I've been in Amman during the winter and it was important to warm-up fast and it was very quick and satisfying (and not too loud during the night).

PS. As I told you during check-out - would be good and helpful to invest in a printer in the future (so it would be possible to print e.g. boarding pass to guests who leave).

Stayed here for our last night in Amman. In hindsight we wished we had stayed here the first night too. This hotel is on the Main Street facing the colosseum and is a busy street. But once you come through the front gate and go up the stairs you forget where you are because the hussle and bussle of the street is non existent. The hotel has a calmness about it and chill vibes. 24hr manned desk and reasonable cost to stay here around 25 JD for a double room with private bathroom. Very good value. Breakfast included too. Would recommend staying here if you are in Amman.

Stayed here one night, good location near all the Amman hotspots! Bit of a noisy street, but the delicious breakfast (even during Ramadan!) and great service at all hours of the day made up for that! Even helped us to rent a car at a great price. Thanks so much and definitely recommend this lovely place.

Cute, cheap hotel, very conveniently located in Amman's downtown. The staff is very friendly and served us a lovely breakfast on the terrace. The room is pretty basic, but clean and comfortable.

We had a very nice stay in here. Location is fantastic, rooms are nice , the hotel has a fantastic character which I loved and people are very nice and friendly.

It was my second stay in Jordan and I tried some different hostels but no one was like this. I really enjoyed my time, everyone is kind and friendly and is willing to help. Though it was Ramadan I got food whenever I wanted. I was happy with the location because there are the most important things around and you can reach downtown easily

So the location is about as close to the roman amphitheatre as you can get and 15 mins walk to the citadel. The rooms were great, clean, ours was overlooking the Amphitheatre. The bathrooms were clean and nicely done up. The staff are awesome there, really polite, friendly and go out of there way to help you. The breakfast was good, nothing amazing but better than most with 2 cooked eggs options and a cold one, all of which were accompanied with humus, bread and jam etc. The property is nice and secure so no worries there. I would absolutely stay here again for the price!
