Amazing experience.
Not many people during the day. Customer service was very friendly and gave us a fresh pizza, very good popcorn and drinks. I would deffinitely recommend! Most of the movies are in english with arabic subtitles. So enjoyable for everyone!

Staff are friendly and very hospitable. The cine Bistro experience wasn’t bad but could have been better.

Watched Avengers: Endgame at Prime Cinemas. It was great, of course the movie is not at all hurting the rating. The computer system had went down tonight and you can imagine how unfortunate that can be, to say the least. The staff handled it well, my personal experience went without a hitch mainly because our tickets had been bought ahead of time. Best seats in the house, courtesy of our friend. I basically could not complain if I wanted to. By the time the credits were rolling the cleaning staff was ready to tackle what was a massacre of popcorn and trash off of everything, seats and floors. Now that's just savage on the goers parts. Mere observation. No movie spoilers here.

Prime cinemas are my favorite ones in Amman...

I tried the one in Al-Barakeh Mall, and the one in Al-Abdali mall...

I love the Sushi restaurant they have...

I love how you can pamper yourself, order something to eat and get it delivered to your seat while enjoying the movie...

They used to have good offers mid week, and a great app where you buy your ticket online, but i guess things became tough after Covid, and the app is not working... No more offers as well (as far as i know).

The buffet was good and we had a good laugh at the movie Mr.X

It was a great experience, I love coming here, it's always my first option. The people are very friendly and are great at suggesting and recommending movies if you are undecided on what movie you'd like to watch. The seats are very comfortable and have a lot of leg room and are very well ventilated. The rooms don't have a lot of seats so it won't be crowded or annoying, and no one will be in your field of view. They have a great variety of foods and drinks if you want to dine while your at it. I highly recommend this cinema I've been coming here for 8 years and still a huge fan.

Good Place for who loves cinema comfortable seats and good staff

It was amazing. I went there with my friend to watch a movie that recently came out. I had to go in an elevator to go way upstairs. Baraka mall has 5 stages. I had to go to the last one to find my movie. There isn't a food court upstairs so you must go to other places near the mall to find something to eat but there is a food court called bistro that you can bring food or pay to eat food while you're watching the movie. Inside the theater, they have a huge screen and comfortable leather seats. Baraka mall can give you an amazing experience that you will never forget. The mall is clean and beautiful. There is a lot of offers that you can do instead of paying large amounts of money. Prime cinemas does a lot of deals where it includes getting a free ticket on your birthday and getting a lot of points which they will transfer into money deductions so you can enjoy your day with an amazing best friend.

Good service and clean

It's clean, tidy, wonderful, looove the black theme going on in there. The Staff are amazing, the ticketing people are friendly and down-to-earth.

All and all, my favourite cinema theatre place thingy in Amman.

Love it the Cinema in abdali mall is amazing and very clean great service and food you can actually watch a 3D movie or go to A Private Cinema theater and see in the privacy and enjoy your movie quietly they have a waiter service inside the theaters so you don't need to go outside they have good offers they do fun events

Prime Cinema in Baraka Mall is not a super busy place, most of the time, if you like to enjoy a quiet movie night, I would recommend this place.
Check out the Bistro experience, where you get access to a buffet of great food you can enjoy and take with you to the theater, this also includes drinks.

Very kind staff and well cleaned place

Prime cinema is my favorite cinema in jordan , they are very professional and i encountered an issue and they solved it amazingly , they have alot of discounts and the cinema is clean and well taken care of .
