The vehicle I rented was in pristine condition and drove smoothly throughout my trip. The pricing was transparent, and there were no surprises or hidden fees. The rental office was clean and well-maintained, and the booking process was straightforward and hassle-free. Returning the vehicle was equally smooth, with no issues encountered. I appreciated the additional amenities offered, such as the option for insurance coverage and the availability of GPS navigation.

PROFESSİONAL service. They picked me up from the airport at 4am. We communicated by WhatsApp. The airport has free Wi-Fi.

I reserved through Expedia and bought full auto coverage insurance from Expedia as well.

At the rental office they told me that the car insurance is only processed through the Expedia internet company, and I am still fully responsible for any accidents that may happen and will have to file claims with internet company and not through them.

I had to pay $300 for deposit and sign on a blank check to cover any damages in case it happens.

Thank god nothing happened to the car and I was refunded the deposit when I delivered the car back. However, the check was canceled and destroyed after 1 week of car return. They sent me a video showing destruction of security check.

Theses procedures are are strange to me but all was handled well.

The car Kia was mini and clean. Very economical on gasoline about 20km/l

I needed 3 extra days after my first week of rental and they were accommodating to extend my rental period

We had a Renault compact with an automatic transmission for 3 days. Picked it up in Amman and was able to return it near the ariport with a shuttle ride to the airport before our flight out. I know that the deposit (or some places not returning it) is a hot topic among car renters, but mine was returned to my card and I felt that I was dealt with in a professional manner. I would rent from this place again.

They were very helpful and supportive. I took a car with no issues for my 12 days road trip of Jordan. The staff spoke perfectl English and was there to help if needed over whatsapp or direct calls.

Excellent customer service and good price. Rented a Hyundai Accent for four days. They delivered the car to us in Amman and took us to the airport after we delivered it to their office. The whole thing went very smoothly, strongly recommended.

Make sure if you visit Amman you get your rental from this place, the guy Rashid went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good experience in my rental and was checking with me through my trip and guided me through how to get to gas stations point of interest and anything I needed during my trip epic five star for this agency and the excellent service

I rented a car for two weeks, my experience is very positive, the representative picked me at the airport and offered a new Chinese made which drove very well, after the two weeks I returned the car, with the same friendly representative and gave me a ride back to the airport. I will rent agin from this company and recommend it.

My wife and I recently rented from this branch and it was a superb experience. It started with us being greeted at the airport and then being guided to a car that they drove to the actual branch and the paperwork was filled out and a hold was placed on the credit card (refundable after returning). We packed the bags in and were quickly on our way to exploring Jordan.. we thought. After five minutes we quickly realized we were getting lost as we did not have navigation on our phones without an international data plan. So we turned around and we asked about the mobile wifi which is 7 JD a day and there were no issues adding it on (and it was amazing to have for our trip). Fast forward a week and we're back to return the car. As mentioned before the hold was refunded fully and they brought us to the airport and said our farewells, then things got fun. I realized as we are going through security I left a Nintendo switch under the seat and my wife was able to work with the staff at the airlines to call the rental branch and they found the gaming device and brought it straight to the airport (this is at 12:45am and we board at 1:30am). Needless to say they went above and beyond and we are grateful for that type of service. Thanks for being great and to readers they come highly rwrecommend!

Very good service... Booked twice with them so far... Kind staff and reasonable prices.. And the best is they welcome you at the airport.. Hand the car..
