The most amazing experience for car rental in Jordan! Every single staff I met from pick up to drop off were amazing! Shout out to Husam from Tunisia! A cheerful guy who helped us make the most out of the car on the pick up day by fitting 4 large luggage in it in a way that he mastered it like an engineer. I am very pleased to have experienced this in Jordan and there is no doubt that I will use there service again on my next visit. The price was also very affordable during this season (winter of 2023-2024)

I recently rented a car from Europcar in Jordan, and I'm pleased to share my experience. As a Supply Chain Consultant with a focus on efficiency, I appreciate exceptional service. Europcar exceeded my expectations.

The staff at Europcar were professional and friendly, explaining all the rental details clearly. To my surprise, they offered a free upgrade, which I welcomed as someone who values resource optimization.

Throughout my rental, the car performed well, and I had peace of mind knowing Europcar maintains their vehicles. What's worth noting is that I didn't opt for any additional insurance, and the process remained straightforward.

We received the model we booked. staff wasn’t super friendly however the checking experience was OK and another member of staff checks the car with you but it was night time so it was difficult to see the scratches. However, we didn’t get any issues with that. the car wasn’t new but still in good condition. The only issue we had is that we got billed €30 higher than expected, for the nine days trip it was a small percentage maybe due to currency conversion.
Ps: there is not handbrake on some cars, our car had a footbrake.

The staff explained the necessary information in a short and friendly manner.

They provided us with everything we needed, ...the insurance , legal paper etc, they also offered a Wi-Fi device with the car for a cheap price , which I took , so no need for me to go through other companies to get myself a sim card and data plan .

The car was clean , and in good condition, and upon returning the car , the process was smooth and easy , and I got my deposit back in less than 24 hours .

I would definitely go for them again for my next trip .

The reviews on here scared us a bit. But we had the most amazing experience. We got a brand new car at pick up, with an upgrade to a bigger car and a hybrid as well. So we spent only 34JOD on gas total while driving all over Jordan. The car was brand new, with plastic still on everything and only 20km on it. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and kind. When we returned the car, we got our deposit back and had zero issues. Thank you

Upon my Arrival I was met with smiling faces and great attitude, my rental receiving process was seamless and my reservation was pumped up to the next tier, shoutout to Bashar for making my day, will update with my experience with the rental returning process.
Update, car was delivered without any issue, normal checkup process that took only a couple of minutes, they were graceful to wave off any penalty for not washing the car (I'm guilty 🤣) also my deposit was fully return back to my Visa card on the spot, Definitely EuropeCar Queen Alia Airport got them self another loyal customer, Thanks again Bashar for the professionalism and great communication with your customers 🙂

Very good experience! The car was almost brand new (less than 2k km on it). They recommended an upgrade that I took which ended up a great one. Smooth communication and fast return. Definitely going back.

Read all the reviews and got a bit scared but the staff were nice and everything went really smoothly with no issues at all. As with every car rental take your time to fully video outside and inside of the car at both pick-up and drop-off

Everything was smooth with the rental here - they clearly stated before the rental that in Jordan you need a police report to cover anything with insurance, and were very thorough with the pre-rental checking. Return process was super smooth as well - got my deposit returned the moment i handed in the car. Will use them again if I come to Jordan again.

Reviews put me off, but I was happy with staff and car rental and had no issues whatsoever. Car inspections were not (too) fast, but we took pictures and credit card deposit was immediately canceled at the counter.

The car we rented was new and very clean and it worked perfectly.
The process to get it was fast and easy.

We had an excellent experience (unlike some of the negative reviews). We had to wait a bit in line and the specified car was not available but they gave us an equivalent unit which was as good as new. We drove around the country for over a week and the car did well. Returning the car at the airport was a breeze. The staff were polite and courteous

I was quite worried to rent a car here due to bad reviews but they were super kind, helpful and they gave my deposit back immediately. The car was good and had all essentials. I would absolutely recommend it to rent a car in Jordan. It is also possible to pay everything with credit or debit card and it is possible to use anyone card if the person is there with you.

I thought it was going to be a bad experience because of previous reviews, but I was wrong. Everything went great. I arrived from USA and was ready to go, the crew got me going in a flash and I was very impressed by the service. I talked to the owner at that time on the way out and showed me around the car and up I went. I will come back again for sure. I talked to Mohammed Farhat and he was very understanding of my concerns, he assured me that everything will be smooth and straightforward. It was.

I couldn't be more happy with the service. When we picked up the car it all went very smooth, and the staff took time to give us some good advise for driving in Jordan. When we went to return the car at the airport, we were going in to Amman for our last night before leaving Jordan. So just to make it easier for us, they let us keep the car for the afternoon, instead returning it to the Europcar facility in Amman city. For me, that's what lifted this review from a four to a five star - they really went the extra mile for us.

As for prices, we compared Europcar with the others (Hertz, Budget, Avis, Sixt) and quickly realized they offered the best value for money. The car we got was rather new, and we had no problem during our stay.

So, in summary we had a great stay in Jordan, and Europcar at Amman Airport really contributed to it.
