Great place for car hire. The staff are very flexible and hospitable to my needs and changes with my schedule when I was there in Jordan Amman. Great selection of cars and new fleet. Can't fault it. Lovely company and management. Definitely recommend go to them directly they beat local prices.

We chose this agency to rent a car for 1 day. Good communication, documents prepared according to the rules. Bahaa was incredibly kind and honest. We couldn't find the agency because of an incident on the roads. He came to us by cab and even took us back to our hotel. Thank you for everything. We recommend this agency with our eyes closed.

Better than any big brand! They asked us our preferences and gave us a better car than we had in mind for the best price in the market.
We didn’t have a credit card but it was not a problem as we could pay with a debit card and he hold the deposit with that one.
Furthermore, we wanted to leave the car in Aqaba and it was possible for an extra fee.
The guy was that nice that he came with us to the fuel station and taught me how to drive an automatic car.

I had Mitsubishi Lancer and car was in good condition (at the end of my tour "check engine" indicator lighten-up, but as every experienced driver knows - it may happen anytime and doesn't have to mean that something serious is happening with the engine, so I continued my travel without problems). Staff in reception was very friendly and well English-speaking, everything went very fast and smooth - like 20 minutes after my arrival I had a car already. Price was fair. I was afraid about deposit as it is always linked to a little dose of uncertainty, but I got it back today - around 5 working days after returning the car. General experience i rate as 10/10 - everything as it should be. I will definitely use this company next time, when I'll visit Amman. Greetings Gentlemen!
