Kempinski Hotel Aqaba Red Sea

We enjoyed our stay in a Junior Suite at the beginning of April during Ramadan. Every detail of the room was delightful, and we felt well taken care of. The hotel's location is fantastic, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. We will definitely return for our next holiday in Aqaba!

Service there was amazing, staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to M. Nawasrah for his continued support during our stay in the hotel and his help with everything, and for celebrating my mom's birthday 🎂 I only had to mention it to him and he handled the rest and offered to us a delicious cake for free and celebrated her birthday with the other staff 😍

Location is great, ensures convenient access to nearby attractions, shopping, and restaurants.

Breakfast buffet: various and delicious options, attentive service and nice staff with a lovely comfortable setting. Everyone was checking up on us making sure we had everything and we were happy with the meal.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely amazing The rooms were stunning and the breakfast was delicious. It was a perfect stay overall. The only small issue was that the room service took a bit longer to respond when we needed them and would take hours to get the stuff you ordered, it didn't ruin the experience for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the area

We had a great vacation. We enjoyed our stay in Kempinski Hotel Aqaba Red Sea very much. I must say, we are very hard to please. It is one of the best, if not the best hotel, we have ever been to. The rooms were clean (and the hotel in general), the service was excellent, the view was amazing, the pool was unique and the food was really delicious and quite diverse. All the workers with no exception were very nice and polite. They took care of the smallest details. The hotel location is perfect, it is close to everything so it was easy to find all what we needed near by. Not to mention that the hotel has its own beach.
We are definitely going back and I strongly recommend it.

I'll update this after our entire stay, but it is night 1 and so far my husband and I have had the best experience at this Hotel . I'd like to start by saying a huge thank you to Huda, Wow! Talk about friendly staff and amazing customer service! Everyone here is doing a truly outstanding job and I couldn't think of a better location and Hotel this Kempinski staff had made our stay memorable Thank you so much for making this an amazing first trip to the Red Sea!

The location and the overall experience was really good. It is already known that Kempinski has a great level of hospitality and it proves it again! The room was comfortable, the breakfast offers a wide variety of options and was delicious. The staff also were very helpful and kind. The lady in red suggested us to visit the center called ‘Ayla’ and it was a really good experience for the tourists like us.

My stay was an absolute pleasure from the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to housekeeping, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional.

I had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel recently, and it truly exceeded all expectations. Despite encountering a minor issue during my stay, what truly stood out was the hotel's impeccable response and the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mr. Mohamed Abu El-Sheikh.

What an amazing place! The view from our room was incredible. The food at dinner was amazing, couldn’t sample everything, of course because there was just too much! We got upgraded to an incredible room, with balcony. Special thanks to Huda❣❣from the the reception she made our stay more enjoyable Wish we could stay here more than one day to enjoy the beautiful weather, scenery, hospitality and the beach. I have been involved with construction, and maintenance of buildings all my life. I am always observing how buildings are constructed. This one is a marvel of construction with all of its various floors, and levels.

The teacher at the kids play area Suha is wonderful. She spent so much time with our little one. When we came back to pick her up she didn’t want to leave, which is rare because she’s typically stuck to me like glue.
The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The service at the pool and the beach could be better. They pretty much ignore you unless you go to them, but the front desk is very polite and attentive and the cleaning staff is fantastic. The beach is lovely with calm clear water and plenty of shaded seating. If you’re traveling with small children and need a break I definitely recommend sending them to see Suha if you need a break.

Richelle was our waitress at the restaurant. Very nice and elegant, we just feel like every year, the restaurant is more active than this year specifically. Lack of staff and service overall, we did have nice encounters but we had bad ones too. We made it a tradition to come here yearly for a vocation so we’re kind of disappointed by the whole fall down of this place. Good food, good quality, very little options.

My husband and I had a delightful stay at Kempinski Hotel. The room was delicate, comfortable, had beautiful views and every detail was taken care of. The pool and private beach were extremely peaceful and the views were breathtaking. The personnel was kind and profesional, with a special mention to Huda who warmly welcomed us and made it possible for us to prolong comfortably our stay for a few hours so that we could enjoy our time while waiting for our bus back to Amman. No doubt that we would definitely recommend to stay here.

At Kempinski Hotel, my family and I encountered a hiccup upon check-in when we discovered our room had two single beds and no baby bed, contrary to our booking through a travel agency. However, our disappointment was quickly overshadowed by the exceptional service provided by Mr. Mohammad Alsheikh. His prompt and professional intervention not only rectified the oversight but also ensured that our accommodation perfectly met our needs. Mr. Alsheikh’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout, and his efforts transformed what could have been a forgettable experience into a memorable one.
