Bedouin Roads

It was one of the most beautiful experience of my life. I have absolutely no bad thing to say (and I’m French so imagine how good it was). My sister and I spent one day and one night there, we enjoyed the tour and the night in the camp. The desert was beautiful, we saw many different spots throughout the day. At night we were in the camp and ate traditional food cooked in the ground which was delicious. The night was quite cold but we are in winter it’s normal and they kindly gave us more blankets to make us more comfortable. All I can do is push you to choose them you won’t regret it. A special thanks to Zaid, our amazing guide for the day. We really liked everything you showed us and how kind you were to us (especially your singing skills).

The location was absolutely ideal, with a wallet-friendly price and scrumptious cuisine. Moreover, the staff treated us exceptionally well, and the tours were nothing short of spectacular. We had a fantastic time overall.

We booked a 3-day tour (keep, hike and camel ride) with Bedouin Roads. This was our favorite experience in Jordan. Our guide Zeid was very friendly, kind and funny. He knows the desert like the back of his hand and will show you the most incredible places. The food was delicious, and the camp is very cozy. I truly recommend booking a tour with Bedouin Road!

My friends and I spent 3 days and 3 nights in Wadi Rum with Bedouinroads and it was the best three days I spent in Jordan . We do in first day a jeep tour and in second day hike and in last day we ride the camel and the trip was fantastic, our guide Zaid was very kind and fun . The camp was comfortable with a great location with magical view, the meals was delicious (the best food I had eaten in Jordan)and the staff there all kind and helpful.

Me and my friend had amazing 3 nights and two days in this camp. Our guide was great and we even got to visit a newborn camel baby (Hope he/she is doing fine!). It's been my second time in this camp and I will definitely come back. This is a place where you can truly forget all the troubles of the world - or even that a world outside of Wadi Rum even exists.
Mohammed's cooking got even better than it was before and I'll spend some time trying to recreate his delicious lentil soup. Highly recommended!

Our family had a great experience in Bedouin Roads camp. The Wadi Rum is beautiful and Mohamad is the best guide❤. We were riding at the back of a pickup and enjoying all the places in desert . The camp itself (where we spend one night) is a nice place, with friendly and open people. If you are in Jordan, I recommend visiting Wadi Rum, and if you are visiting Wadi Rum, I recommend visiting Bedouin Roads:)

I am very happy I chose this camp on Wadi Rum for my stay with my big family! Excellent contact with the host from the very beginning: we got a full description of the facilities and the tour. The time in the common tent (dining tent) with such delicious food and tea was so nice. The host Attayak is a very open person, he shared his bedoun's knowledge and experience with us. The tent to sleep was very nice, clean and cozy. Bathrooms and toilets are very clean (one of the wall is a real rock!).
We were on a whole day trip with Muhammad, the guide you will like from the first minute (btw he is this skilled cook for the camp). He took us to all the "must see" places but also found a beautifull and empty place for the lunch (which was made by him on fire and of course was delicious).
We asked for a short tour on a camel and we were invithed to the Attayak's real bedouin camp with goats and camels. He knows everything about those animals and shares his knowledge and passion.
This was a real, great, beautiful, amazing experience. With so nice people!
And l must say that it was affordable even for such a big family as our :) Thank you!

Attayak and his team have set up a beautiful camp in the middle of the desert. The camp is well maintained, there is hot water and showers, tents and bathrooms are very clean.
But the best part was our tour with Saeed, who took us around Wadi Rum for two half days. He is an excellent guide who knows beautiful remote places that are far off the crowds and he knows the best sunset point.
All in all a 100% recommendation!

My wife and I spent 2 nights in the camp and we want to thank again Attayak and his incredible team for these unforgettable moments in the Wadi Rum desert.
I would like to talk about Mohammed, who is a great man who deserved attention. He takes care of the camp very well, he welcomed us with tea and pieces of cakes. He has another quality : he is a great chef qnd cooks delicious dishes in different ways (2 dishes have been cooked under the sand !), like we rarely saw in the country. We also laughed a lot together during the dinner when he turned on the music and began to dance🕺🏻Thank you again Mohammed !
Otherwise, the ambience with the other tourists was great, the toilets and showers are clean, the rooms are clean, the activities with Attayak’s team are great, we had a lot of time to walk, eat in the desert and have tea breaks moments.
Finally, you can have a magnificient sunset after a small hiking from the camp…

We have been in the desert for one entire day and I guess we spend one of the best day in our life !

It‘s such a big pleasure to meet people with so a great hospitality and stay at a table to share food and tee and review the day spend together.

My husband and I had a very great experience with Bedouin Roads. they served perfect hot dinner which was way better than those provided by most restaurants in Petra! Good vibe at dinner time! The rooms and the dining tent were clean and neat, and the shared washroom was pretty decent on a campsite standard!
Our guide Ahmed was a nice Bedouin guy, he gave us some good we-time without disturbing us much, while being very considerate and meticulous by bringing us to a very quiet and personal area for sunset. Highly recommended!

The best experience of our trip in Jordan !
Zait, Mohammed, and his family members were so sympathic and professionnal.
They know every little place that a lot of guides will not bring you to.
They cook the best food in Jordan, and their camps is very clean and nicely arranged.
You feel at home, welcomed, and for that, I would only recommand them to anyone and everyone.

We spent 3 nights at Beduin Roads and we enjoyed it a lot! Zaid, Suleiman and Mohamed are amazing hosts! Mohameds cooking still brings me chills, it was so great! definitely go and join them!

We had a great experience ! Everything was perfect: the people, the camp, the food and the the desert tour . We are a family with a child of 7 and staying in the desert with the Bedouin roads was perfect!

Booked a great tour with Bedouin Roads. They were really quick in answering emails, so we decided to go with them. The tour was fun with a funny and guide and nice stops. Would definitely recommend these guys for a few nights and tours in the dessert!

The most amazing experience! Zaid and Mo were chill, very nice and knew all the hidden gems in the desert. Don't look any further, go on an adventure with them! Greetings from Belgium

The camp is situated at around 15km from the Wadi Rum village(15 minutes by car).
The toilets were very clean and showers had hot and cold water.
Food consisted of chicken and vegetables made bedouin style(in the ground made by Mohammed) and local style dishes(hummus, eggplant salad, feta cheese). On breakfast we had also these and a dish made from beans. Plenty of bedouin tea on both occasions.
The process of arranging the trip was very easy. Mr. Attayak was very helpful.
Our tent was basic(blankets, beds, electric light and an electric plug). Please be aware that you need an adapter for UK style plugs. If you do not have an EU plug is available in the dinner tent.
No GSM or WiFi signal.

Great people! The camp is comfortable and the meals are delicious. They organise a variety of activities depending on different wishes and needs :)
