The Nabatean Temple

On my trip To Jordan 🇯🇴 I did a wadi Rum tour, my guide his name was Ali, just an amazing and very wise guy who has his own way to entertainment and show you up the best landscapes there. This place call The Nabatean Temple was just the beginning of a great beautiful and unique exper in the desert, it was little bit cold but nothing you can’t hand. 100 percent recommend

نقش ثمودي من معبد اللات لآل عاد في وادي إرم

اكتشفه الدكتور فوزي زيادين عام 1997 وقرأه كما يلي :
ل غ ث ب ن أ س ل ه ب ن ب ن ث ك م و ب ن ي ب ت ل ت ذ أ ل ع د .
لغوث بن أوس الله بن ثكم وبنى بيت اللات لآل عاد.

وفي كتب السير والتفاسير والتاريخ والتأريخ العربي القديم فإن الله أبقى من قوم عاد قبيلة ابن اللوذية التي آمنت بالنبي هود واستثناهم وانجاهم من العذاب وان هذه القبيلة إرتحلت من الاحقاف جنوب الجزيرة العربية إلى وادي رم جنوب الأردن

Dimenticato e non valorizzato. Rimane comunque un luogo di importante carattere storico. Perdeteci una mezz’ora e visitatelo!

It is nothing special.
Only go there if you are really into Nabataean culture and history.
There is a nice hiking trail nearby with Lawrence Spring at the end so that also could be the reason to visit.
The good thing that it is totally for free and there is some interesting info written.
Otherwise, skip it.

Don't go out of your way to see this. After visiting this site, I went hiking and scrambling in the mountain behind it for 2 hours and had a great time.

The start of our jeep tour through Wadi Rum. Unfortunately there was no information about the history of this place.

Il tempio Nabateo di Wadi Rum sono i resti di antico insediamento di circa 2000 anni fa, del tempio non è rimasto moltissimo ma spesso i tour in jeep fanno tappa anche qua. Il vero protagonista rimane il deserto ma se vi avanza tempo può essere interessante.
