Very good service and genuine person .
Mr bader who looks after this franchise outlet is a man of words. His service is impeccable and redressal of any grievance is also very quick.I would urge all travellers if they are looking to book any car for self drive in Jordan without any doubt preferentially hire services from Hertz Aqaba branch.

We rent a car one week ago from Hertz in the airport of Aqaba.
Everything worked perfect and Mr. Bader was really helpful and kind with us.
He gave us a nice car and he treat us very well by giving us super good prices for the season.
No any issues. We booked the car for 3 days but we need it for one more day so Mr. Bader told us it is OK to keep it one more day so we gave the car 4 days later in Amman airport.
Very good customer service from Mr. Bader, his colleague and the guy who collect the car in Amman airport and also very good car. I recommend it 100%.

I’m very happy with this car rental. Friendly service kind employees . We got a free upgrade because the smaller car wasn’t available. And the most important thing, they didn’t scam us with the down payment. Everything was returned as it should because we didn’t have any damage. Car was returned dirty and they didn’t bother. And the most important thing that we got our deposit the next day we drop off the car . Thankyou Hertz

Mitte März habe ich Auto von Hertz gemietet, ohne irgendwelche Komplikationen, extrem leicht Vertrag unterschrieben und war ich schon über alle Berge 🤗
Herrn Bader hat uns alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gezeigt, nützliche Tipps gegeben und jede Menge Vorschläge geraten.
Auto war so gut wie neu, nicht ganze 9000km.super Zustand, sehr sauber, einfach, ich möchte mich bei Ihm noch mal GROSS bedanken und, wenn ich wieder dort bin, verspreche, wir werden Cafe trinken, Danke Bader 🤗

Парни молодцы. Арендовали у них машину для поездки в Wadi Rum и Petra. Все быстро. Четко. Машина хорошая.
Навигатор, конечно, старинный, который постоянно хотел нас увести в противоположную сторону.
Поэтому скачайте гугл мэп оффлайн и пользутесь им.

Využili jsme služeb Hertz Car Rentals v Aqabě a byli jsme spokojeni. Auto bylo v pořádku, čisté, dovezeno na požadované místo ochotným panem Baderem. Půjčovnu doporučujeme. Anna

We rented a car at this Hertz location (it exists although another reviewer couldn’t fine it). We were serviced in a very friendly and correct way.
Only point of improvement is that the car’s tank was not full like otter Hertz locations in the world I used before.

Напишу негативный отзыв, потому что в гугл мапс написано, что компания открывается в 8:00, мы специально шли к ним, а они в 8:37 все еще были закрыты.

Если у Вас меняется расписание - измените время и тут тоже.

Пришла сюда во второй раз и узнала цены:
1 сутки - 50 JOD
2 суток - по 45 JOD/сутки
от 3 суток - по 35 JOD/сутки
Можно также вернуть машину в Аммане, но тогда дополнительно нужно доплачивать - 45 JOD.

В других местах, цены на аренду я находила дешевле.
