Not my first visit, indeed probably venturing into double figures. The last couple of times I was slightly disappointed, however on this occasion the service made up for it.
Wahleed the Bar Manager, Jeboy, the housekeeper, and Lecky, the waitress, were optimal staff members ensuring our rooms were constantly immaculate and nicely decorated, plates were full and as importantly our glasses overflowing.
Slightly disappointed the Premium Lounge wasn't opened but only to be expected with the war in Israel only 200 metres away. Nonetheless, the staff made the visit extremely comfortable throughout. Thank you, guys and gals!
