This is the best diving company in Aqaba! They are professional, polite, helpful, environmentally friendly, and safe. Abdullah and his team take care of you from start to finish! You are in safe hands and you know the gear is in top order and they will take you to see amazing dive sites. Can't recommend them enough!

We chose Red Sea Diving Center to dive in the Red Sea, which is our last stop in the south on our motorcycle trip. A great dive centre. The rooms are clean, the service is good and the employees are very friendly. The owner is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I can't wait to go again. I would definitely recommend.

We didn't stay at the Red Sea Dive Center, but it was a short 15 minute drive from our hotel in Aqaba. Seems like all the dive centers are located on a road which is itself a short drive down to South Beach.
The equipment, arrangements, owners and staff at the dive center were excellent. Omar and his brother Abdullah own it and took us out for the dive. Shore diving is always a bit of a hassle but once you're over the kitting up on the beach and getting into the water, the dives are excellent.
The water was 27 degrees (early Sept) and the visibility was incredible. Lots to see; mostly shallow dives including the sunken plane to make an artificial reef, and of course the trademark of Aqaba is the army tank at 5m so you have lots of time to inspect it in your safety stop.
Big shout out to Omar who took extra care with my brother who was diving after 7 years, so Omar gave him a full refresher before we swam out.

Excellent dive center. I had 6 dives with them. My brother did an introduction dive and then 3 more dives. He really enjoyed it and felt safe. Staff was very patient and caring with him.
Omar gave me really good photography advices and did really nice photos and videos and send it to us afterwards so we can have some memories. It was highly appreciated.
Moreover we dive in very small group which is more pleasant.
I really recommend this place.
Thanks a lot !!!

One of the most memorable experiences of my life!

I did my first dive in Aqaba at the Red Sea Dive Center and it was so worth it!

I was super afraid of the pressure of water damaging my ears, of having something go wrong and not being able to get up to the surface in time, of not being able to breathe under water, and of the newness of this experience.

Their staff were so professional, from ensuring I have the right gear on, to being meticulous and yet making me feel at ease with the instructions. The diving instructor I had, Omar Momany, was out of this world. He was seasoned and so professional. And beyond that, it was like he had a sixth sense. He stayed around and held my hand as long as I needed to feel safe. I didn't even notice when he let go because it was exactly the right time and I was immersed in the experience, and every single moment I had where I experienced a little concern and wondered if I was alone, he appeared in front of me, making sure I knew I was safe in less than a second.

I would wholeheartedly recommend diving in the Red Sea. It is one of the very few locations in the world where you get to see the corals and sealife in shallow waters and from the first dive. And if you choose to go diving, I would say go with Red Sea Dive Center 100%. You will have the time of your life!

Walked in to go snorkeling since my last dive (many years ago) I'd had a bad experience. Abdullah took me on a 1:1 guided dive and helped me regain my confidence under water.
I'll be back for more dives!!

When my wife & I started looking for a place to go for a week’s diving, Jordan wasn’t actually on our shopping list. Our main parameters were fairly warm water – not always easy to find in February – and a reasonably short flight, since we didn’t want to spend half our week wrecked by jet-lag.

We visited the Boot trade fair in Düsseldorf, which usually has some good offers, but it turned out many of the bases didn’t open until March. Then we met Abdullah on the Jordanian stand. He showed us a booklet about wreck diving in Aqaba on the Red Sea. This contained fotos of a C-130 Hercules, a Tristar, tanks and several ships, and we were sold. The special offer covered B&B, 10 dives and visits to the Unesco sites at Petra and Wadi Rum. It didn’t hurt that there was a direct flight from Germany.

The rooms in the dive centre turned out to be clean and basic and quite comfortable. Everything worked and the staff were very friendly & welcoming. There was a good breakfast and it, together with the couple of pieces of fruit we took with us, kept us going thru until our evening meal. Hamza did us some great evening meals – the fish was fantastic – and we were very satisfied.

The dive centre itself was well organised and the material (BCDs, suits etc) was fairly new and in good condition. The sites we visited were all shore dives close to the centre, to which we were driven in the minibus along with our gear.

The dive briefings were more detailed than anything I had been given in a long time, which I found very positive. Safety was very much in the forefront of the dive guides’ thinking, and buddy checks were both expected, & followed up on.

Sadly, we saw a lot of dead coral, but also could see where efforts were being made to maintain the reef. There were few very big fish, but lots of smaller ones, including many clown fish. There seemed to be a certain level of lethality present too, since lionfish, scorpion fish, stonefish & small morays could easily be found. For the macro photographer, there were nutribranch and many different sorts of anemones. Our dive guides were always aware of where we were, but kept a good eye out for interesting things to look at.

The wrecks were fun to dive and my wife appreciated for the first time what a good wreck dive can be like. The Cedar Pride was sunk 40 years ago, which has given enough time for the corals, fans and fish to establish themselves, and with a depth of 10-27m gives both OWDs & AOWDs something to do.

Two of our fellow guests were doing an OWD course, which both passed successfully. Our impression was that the course was well carried out.

Abdullah, Omar and their team were always ready to help, whether it was to organise a taxi, recommend a restaurant, or just give us a lift into Aqaba.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Red Sea Diving Centre and would freely recommend it to anyone wanting to dive a fairly unique and less frequented site.

Abdullah and all of the Dive Professionals at Red Sea Dive Center are amazing.

As an Advanced Open Water Instructor myself, I can attest to the safety observed on each of the dives led by this center.

Have used them before and will dive with them again.

The room and the hotel itself were very comfortable, but it was the staff that made our stay so amazing. This was my first time diving and the instructor made me feel very secure. It made for an experience of a lifetime. They even let us check out late so that we could shower after our dive and called us a taxi to go back to the bus station. Everything went so smoothly. I highly recommend Red Sea Dive Center. Thank you for an amazing stay!

My favourite hotel during my stay in Jordan. Very cute, the pool is nice and clean, the staff is great, and our scuba diving expedition was just awesome. Our monitor even took photos of us underwater ! Only dark spot is the food, not so great. But if you have a car you can easily find better restaurants nearby.

Quiet and relaxing place. The rooms are nice and the AC works perfectly. The staff is always available and the swimming is nice and super clean. The hotel restaurant offers good fresh food (avoid meat it's a bit expensive for what is it). Not walking distance from the beach but with a car it will take you few minutes.

Kind and friendly stuff. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is quite basic, but still good enough. You can rent diving amd snorkeling equipment for a fair price.
The city centre is about 10 minutes drive away.
Definitely recommend.
