Service is great,the reps and cashiers will search the store or the system for an item for you if you can’t locate it,they will also let you know when they expect to have it in store again or let you know a store that has it in stock.

My third time visiting the Portmore location and it's so quiet inside. The workers are really helpful and the book selection is extensive. I heavily recommend "Here Comes The Sun" as well as any of the books by Chimimanda Ngozi Adichie or any other pro black authors

Love going to the KB not only I can get mangas over there and great books to read , there's a cafe above them where I can get some food and if I also want to get some shipping packages there's circles on the compound too.

Lovely place. Staff goes all out to ensure you get what you need. Everyone is genuinely pleasant and that’s so refreshing. Best of all, a play area for the baby while you shop.

Beautifully laid out, adequate parking, attentive staff and reasonable prices. Counters and floors were being cleaned when I was there, the place is well kept.

Firstly, it's large and spacious, with a really nice layout. My experience with the staff was great. Everyone had a smile on their face while assisting and didn't fuss even though I was asking lots of questions. They also have a section for kids. I guess they can sit and play in that area, plus there's a cafe upstairs so u can grab a bite if needed.

Overall good shopping experience. The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. And they do have a wide variety of books and other office and home stationery.

Very helpful staff willing staff to assist patiently with ur questions and go extra mile to locate items requested and give practical recommendations as best for other options. The cafe deli area is very up to date vibes and feel with a good mix of offerings for your palate.

Awesome, love the staff, the play area is really a nice space to keep the little ones entertained and the cafe upstairs has an amazing staff which some are hearing impaired. I always enjoy my visits.

A wide variety of books. I pick up some first steps for my 7 month old. Lady Bird books are my favorites. There were some others that are good bedtime stories too. They were all on sale

They had it all no need to drive around looking for anything.
