The bank operates great but the waiting time in the sun is very terrible

I have never experienced a Bank run out of Money. Payday, Friday February 15th Scotia ran out of money! Tip: Use the ATM on the side, the two on the front will give problems.

If I could give no stars at all, I would. Following the passing of our father, we are receiving the most awful, unprofessional service from Scotia. They do not want to release funds for us to have the dignity of paying for our father's funeral. Communication takes weeks and their delaying tactics are transparent and disgraceful. Not sure how they have remained in service this long, but we mow have to take legal action to get the funds from the account.
