Anticipation Villa

I cannot say enough good things about this villa! It is the closest to paradise I've ever been, anywhere. The view is spectacular, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the grounds are breathtaking, and the staff is incredible. The name of this villa is fitting because that's how I will feel until I get to go back!

I had the pleasure of staying here with my friends for a bachelorette getaway. The views and the rooms were luxurious in itself. But the staff made our trip exceptional. Latoya, Clayton, Miss Jasmin, Shelly Anne and the fabulous food made by Fritzroy were amazing. This staff was amazing. They anticipated everything we ever needed and made sure it was available before we ever thought of wanting it. Garfield our driver was also a saint for charting around 12 females but he was there for assistance for it all. The owners of Anticipation you have an amazing place and a even fabulous staff. I have been singing your praises to everyone since I got back. This will not be my last time going. It felt like I was leaving my family when I left. I had a great experience cannot wait to do it again.

My family and I stayed at Anticipation in August. I cannot overstate how incredible our stay wa s on every level. We went with our college aged kids and their friends. The villa itself is unbelievably beautiful - every room is welcoming & cozy yet classy. The staff is warm, very helpful and couldn't be nicer. We’ve been to many beautiful 5 star resorts and this was by far the best we’ve stayed at. The staff truly goes out of their way to help you have a great stay, in particular Clayton & Latoya. I cannot wait to go back & am already planning our next trip!

This was our 5th time staying at Anticipation and, let me tell you, it's pure Heaven! It's truly a vacation in paradise... from the beautiful accommodation to the stunning view. The staff truly sets this place apart and goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Whatever you do, make sure to have Chef Fitzroy make most, if not all, of your meals Jamaican food. It's truly incredible and is some of the best food we eat on our trips! And Clayton will make sure you want for nothing! After seeing them several times, we look forward to seeing them as much as we do everything else about this Villa and Tryall. We also had a chance to check out the new Spa at Tryall this week which is a very relaxing and serene place to spend a few hours. For a delicious local, off property + local dining experience, Pachie's down the road, is our favorite!

Tryall is a remarkable venue for golf enthusiasts, but it is also a perfect place to just getaway to to relax, unwind, and recharge. The staff at Anticipation Villas anticipate every need and the amenities are beyond your expectations. Vacations don’t have to be challenging and at Anticipation they aren’t.

The experience at Anticipation Villa was Indescribable!

The Villa itself is beautiful, every room had the most beautiful views. The staff was very attentive. Latoya was very detailed, she had us covered with everything we needed during our stay. Clayton was amazing, he even made us customized cocktails for the special occasion. Fitzroy, the Chef, served an exquisite cuisine at every meal, the presentation was always spectacular. Ms. Jasmine was the sweetest lady who kept our laundry fresh and pressed. Each time we left the Villa and came back it was like we arrived for the first day. Sherri Anne did an awesome job keeping the place immaculate. Anthony was up bright and early tending to the grounds to ensure we enjoyed the beauty of the Villa.
This place exceeded my expectations! I cannot wait to go back again. No matter how much I talk about it, I cannot find the words to describe it. It is an experience you must see for yourself!

This was my fourth visit to Anticipation Villa with a group of friends. I absolutely love staying here and don't plan on staying anywhere else at Tryall. It's more than just a beautiful Villa with an incredible view. It also has the absolute best food and service that I have ever experienced. I feel extremely comfortable here because the staff is so kind, friendly and attentive. The overall feel of this Villa is much more warm and inviting than some of the others Villas I have looked at. It checks ALL the boxes! I highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa, especially the staff. They made our stay a pleasure. We were in awe of Chef Fitzroy's skills. We couldn't believe how delicious and beautiful each meal was. And he couldn't be nicer. Likewise, our butler Clayton was excellent. He is very personable and attended to all of our needs. We really enjoyed his company. The same can be said about Latoya. She couldn't be nicer and It was a pleasure having her oversee the villa. The villa's bedrooms are very large with beautiful stone floors and several windows. The views are beautiful. Overall we absolutely loved staying there. It is a very special place, made even better by the wonderful staff that is there.

Anticipation Villa was absolutely spectacular and the staff was hospitable, kind and helpful. Fitzroy’s meals were incredible (we actually asked him to come to the table the last evening to clap and say thank you). Latoya, was sweet and kind and made all the logistics easy. Jasmine made us all wish we could bring her home with us, she even did a quick final laundry load the day we left so we could get one final pool dip in. It was truly an experience we will never forget!

Staying at Anticipation was like no other trip my family has ever taken. The pictures of the villa are beautiful on the website but in person it’s so much better. I don’t think it’s possible to capture the villa and the community in pictures or even video. It’s a sensory explosion! Set in the hillside, you have a long dramatic view out over the grounds, the golf course and the ocean. Right in front of you, there is a sprawling patio with a long beautiful pool and multiple areas and levels on which to relax, all with different feels. We took over the Sonos sound system with our phones. The fans overhead create a calming breeze. The very friendly staff is constantly checking to see if you need anything. The unbelievable chef is cooking up amazing meals. He is as adept at preparing local cuisine as he is at preparing any other international cuisine. He asked us to challenge him. One in our group was vegan. He prepared something special for her every meal. It was so good we were all stealing from her, and by the end of the trip the chef needed to prepare enough for everyone. (We ate the meat too!!) We played tennis (with a ball runner), went boating, played golf, sat on the beach, drove around the community in the villa’s golf carts (there were 3 for our use), swam before bed every night and did yoga on the veranda. The entire villa had an amazing fresh aroma. It may have been a combination of the local flowers, the constant cleaning and polishing that took place and the wonderful sachets that were in all the dresser drawers in the guest rooms. No senses are neglected at Anticipation. I have tried to explain our experience to friends and I can never quite capture it. Here’s the best part - because the chef is shopping locally and we’re eating almost all meals at the villa, it ends up costing less than almost any other trip we’ve ever taken - but it’s worth so much more, and is so much more memorable. I should really keep my mouth shut, because it is truly a best kept secret!

Amazing place with the most beautiful views. Our butler Clay and Chef Fitzroy made our experience relaxing and a true culinary vacation with sampling of traditional Jamaican fare. Latoya Avis and Jasmine were outstanding hosts as well. So clean and well maintained.

My family and I just returned from our week at Anticipation Villa and we had the BEST experience! The villa is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. What really made the entire trip perfect was the amazing staff! Latoya made sure we had everything we needed and more! She was so kind and treated us like family! Fitzroy, the chef, prepared some of the most delicious meals we’ve ever eaten! The variety of food was incredible and we loved every single meal. Donette and Jasmine took care of our rooms and clothing as if they were their own. Anthony, the gardener, keeps the grounds of the villa immaculate at all times! The normal Butler was out sick so Martin filled in and he was excellent as well! We have stayed at Tryall several times and this villa and staff are by far the best! We could not have asked for a more incredible trip! We will definitely be returning to Anticipation the next time we visit Tryall. Thank you so much for a GREAT trip!!

Two families, three generations each, recently stayed at Anticipation Villa to celebrate two 60th birthdays. This was our second stay at Anticipation and we are already planning a third. To say we had an awesome time would be an understatement.

We were very leery of traveling during the pandemic, especially to Jamaica which was under a CDC travel advisory during our stay. From the moment we arrived at the villa until the day we left, all precautions were taken to ensure our safety. Temperatures were taken upon arrival and each day following, twice per day. All surfaces were thoroughly disinfected and Lysol spray, sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer were plentiful throughout the villa. The staff members kept their face masks on throughout our entire stay.

I can't say enough great things about the amazing staff. Latoya was ever present, ensuring all of our needs were met. While we couldn't see her mouth, her eyes smiled with each interaction. Fitzroy, the chef, was actually the reason we returned to Anticipation. His meals are evidence of his passion for his craft. Each meal was not only delicious, the presentation was simply beautiful. Jasmine made sure all our clothes were washed, dried, folded and if needed, ironed each and every day. There is nothing better than returning from a week-long vacation with a suitcase full of clean clothes. Donette thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the rooms each day. Clayton made sure all three generations were happy and having a great time. He also makes the best rum punch I've ever had. Karon, while reserved, ensured the pool, grounds and patio were ready for the onslaught of our families each day. No matter how early I woke up, he was always up and bustling when I poured my first cup of coffee.

I HIGHLY recommend Anticipation! The staff, the view, the food, and the service are all reasons our families will be returning.

Phenomenal Villa! The service and amenities were top notch. Even though we were quarantined, a fun time was had by the wedding party that I was a part of. My mother and I are vegans and the Chef was able to provide meals that we could eat and were tasty. The entire wedding party intends to go back at the same time in 2021.

The house is fabulous, the view is breathtaking, the staff is attentive & friendly, the community is beautiful & the chef is top notch. I can’t wait to go back!!

P.S. I was appreciative that management took extra precautions during the pandemic. Staff members wore masks, provided hand sanitizer & completed daily temperature checks. I felt safe & extremely comfortable.

The staff is completely attentive to our needs. The food is amazing! Every night is like opening a present as we see what the chef has prepared for us that evening. The new beach and pool area is a great addition. The views are spectacular!

Anticipation is truly a special destination with top notch staff, beautiful views, exquisite layout and furnishings and a service staff that is friendly and knowledgable. Terrific attention to detail, superb food, great amenities and proximity to tennis and golf make Anticipation our go to home in Tryall.

Great house with an awesome staff. I highly recommend staying here. Luxurious accommodations and Clayton, Latoya, Fritzroy and the rest will treat you like royalty and make you sad to leave.
