Pimento Hill House

This place is amazing to start off. My wife Leslie and I hosted our 25th anniversary party here and it turned out amazing. Jane was very accommodating with my wife with quick responses that were unmatched by any other host we've dealt with in Jamaica. She even allowed us to view the property in person last July 2022 prior to holding the event. I can't really put into words how beautiful this estate really is. Now for the staff, Mr. Mel is very helpful and kind to everyone. Ms. Yvonne is an outstanding chef. Mr. Ralston, keeps the grounds looking absolutely beautiful, he would present my wife, sister, daughter and niece with flowers everyday. They don't even do that at an all inclusive resort. Our driver, Mr. Delano, an absolutely fantastic person. He made sure any place we needed to go he got us there safely. If you know anything about MBJ traffic you know it's a challenge. Delano knew all the ways to get around it and took us to the best shops in MBJ treated us like royalty. The whole staff did honestly along with Ms. Keisha and Ms. Christine. Those two ladies made sure we had clean linen, rooms and clothes everyday. To top all of that we had Mr. Troy who is our night watchman who is probably one of the nicest people I've met what a great guy. OMG I can go on and on about Pimento Hill House but may run out of space lol. To sum it up, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PIMENTO HILL HOUSE for your stay you will not be disappointed. Amazing host, Amazing Staff, and Amazing experience!

Wow! Such a pleasant suprise. This place is even better than rhe pictures. The rooms are so spacious and beautiful. The in house chef was a huge bonus. All rooms have their own bathrooms, two even have outside showers and one has an outside tub. The view is fantastic. The pool is perfect, as a good part of it is shaded by a roof bridging the two poolside rooms. We spent a day sitting by the pool and watching the rain, and another day swimming in it when it was sunny. This is such a great spot for a large group vacation, we had 11.

Pimento Hill is a wonderful place to stay. Enjoying a hilltop location with truly amazing ocean views we can not recommend it highly enough.

Since our last visit the property has undergone recent renovations, with great care to retain the history of the house with modern amenities. All carried out with style and attention to detail.
We were fortunate enough to meet the lovely owners, Jane and her husband Dom, who obviously love and cherish the property and work closely with the attentive staff to ensure it remains one of the most sought after villas, completed by the delicious food (loved the curry). The benefit of your own driver as well as use of the exclusive Round Hill resort adds to the amazing experience.

Started with a tour of the villa. There was a large group of us. They treated us very well. Breakfast always included some eggs and fruits and meats. You can choose from a list of items from their menu for lunch and dinner. The staff was excellent. the groundskeeper took us on a tour of the grounds and showed us some of the trees and flowers. Very interesting you could see the ocean from the pool area highly recommend

What can I say other than this place was amazing. As soon as we got to the house we were greeted by the house staff who met us with open arms and lunch. All of the staff was very friendly and knew whenever we needed something. They were great with conversation as they all had great insight on what to do while in Jamaica and also history about the house we stayed in. The rooms and bathrooms were pristine and beautiful. There is a lot of room to explore around the house and also a beautiful view from the patio where we would eat. The food made by the chef was absolutely amazing and authentic Jamaican food. A great experience in all!

First let me start by saying I have never written a review before but my time spent at pimento villa was amazing I could not let this one pass without
SHOUTING ABOUT IT
We arrived at the villa to be welcomed by the friendly staff with cool face towels as it was very hot
(trust me it was like the new we needed).
After putting down suit cases we walked around the grounds of pimento hill and just like it was in the photos the views are amazing the garden is very well kept beautiful flowers with vibrant colours,the staff are so friendly,the chef I take my hat off to her eyvonne she can cook anything you asked for and everything she cooked was delicious,I can’t forget Eric he was there looking after your every need this guy had coffee and tea waiting for you as you got up and I was up early every morning trust me if you needed anything these guys went all the way for you 100% i must not forget lisa and christen who looked after us dont know what we would of done without them the staff are amazing and very helpful
We didn’t want to leave the villa Ralston the gardener do not underestimate this guy he knows his garden and his flowers every morning he brought the ladies flowers to put in there hair before breakfast this guy has set high standards for me now 😂 he gave us the tour of the grounds cutting the coconuts from the tree then drinking the fresh coconut water
I could go on and on but just let me say this if your going to Jamaica let pimento hill house be your first stop it is like home away from home you have all your creature comforts internet/WiFi you have access to roundhill hotel if your staying at the villa (free)😂

This place is everything Melbourne was awesome and the whole staff took care of our needs. Will go back again
