I lived down the street from Daphne 30 years ago. She is a wonderful intelligent and classy lady. You can snorkel, walk, bike, or enjoy the beautiful view of the Blue Mountains. This is out of the way and worth the trip. Daphne will connect with you in a way that makes you feel welcome and want to come back. Originally from England, she is very worldly having friends from all over the world and especially former Peace Corps Volunteers. She is like your favorite bar tender, confessional, or best friend. She will not judge you, but just observe and comment if you like. I have been, and plan to take a friend as soon as I can. This is not a five star hotel, just a simple apartment on the Caribbean Sea with a kitchen and bedroom.

Stayed here a couple of months while in the Peace Corps in 1994. Loved the isolation and tranquility. No AC made it tough at night to sleep. Maybe they upgraded since then.
