The pharmacists here are always very pleasant and give great customer service. I've called and visited at times for information and they're knowledgeable and approachable. I always go here first with my prescriptions. It's also very convenient to be able to contact them via WhatsApp.

Poor attitude and very dismissive pharmacist. Dont you dare ask the pharmacist why there is a $1000 service charge to 'prepare your medication' and then there'll be no proof of this charge because it wont be reflected on your bill. Nonetheless, I accepted the hustle and proceeded with the transaction came back hours later to pick up my medication to then be told I would need to wait 15 minutes more; I waited the time. I Asked how much longer I needed to wait along with other questions to then be dismissed with 'do you want a refund?' So that i wouldn't be a bother to her no more. I would have rather you provide me with good service but a refund will be great.
