JMMB Portmore Branch

Visited the Portmore branch to open an account. I was greeted at the door by a security guard, then I was showed where to go to set up the account . At the counter I was greeted by a pleasant Representative who advised me the steps to get the account up and running aswell and she also guided me as it relates to filling out the form. The process was quick and simple and I was in and out long before lunch time.

Have to say the customer experience in the branch is always top-notch when I say effective friendly and amazing I am talking about JMMB. Simple little details like noticing that my birthday was recently and asking if I had fun made the experience of replacing a card a memorable one. Shout out to the persons at the info desk for being customer-centric.

The lines were long, however the tellers were quick. There is adequate A/C and working TVs
There were 2 Customer Service agents dedicated to general queries.

My first visit to the Portmore JMMB branch was amazing. I went there to open an account and the staffs were extremely friendly and polite. I did not have to wait long before someone attended to me. I was even offered coffee/tea.The customer service office made me feel as if i was apart of the JMMB family. Great experience!

One of the best financial institutions in Jamaica. The staff is friendly and professional and ready and willing to help you in whatever way they can. The facilities are up to date and well maintained. Sometimes there may be a wait but there are newspapers, a television, free WiFi and a coffee station to make the wait a bit more comfortable.

This location is pleasant all around, people who care, excellent ambiance, great financial products with staff who have your best interest at heart. Highly recommend visiting. Wait time has seen great improvements
