Tax Administration Jamaica

On March 1 2019 I had the best customer service in a tax office I've ever had anywhere in Jamaica. Special thanks to Kerry Ann for doing such a good job!

Very efficient and helpful staff.

On December 18, 2017, I visited the Port Maria Tax Office in St. Mary to fellow up on my TRN card and to apply for TRN cards for my children. I spoke to a young man with the initials R.D. he was so very friendly, efficient and effective as a Customer Service eemplyloee. I must also commend other staff members who were also willing to assist me while i was waiting on the young man to return to where i was waiting. This is what it means to having a job and actually do the job you are getting paid to do. Continue to provide the great customer service you are offering at the Port Maria chapter of the Tax Administration of Jamaica. Thumbs up!!!!

Tax administration port Maria have a lovely staff. Even though they cater to small amounts inside the building. They set up tents for customers to wait outside. Words of advice if your stopping by come out early

Tax offices needs way better organized business / service and add a website for all customers like other renovated / upgraded businesses. All customers shouldn't have to wait outside in the heat.
