This funeral home does not have packages you can look at and choose from. You don't know what items cost until after you choose them. My late brother requested an outside casket, and I was told his package cost would be higher rather than less. The second issue arise when the program that was sent was not correct, and a request was made for a change. 2 days before the funeral, we were notified that a change could not be made. This could have been communicated sooner to allow other options. This funeral home was trusted by my family. My grandmother, grandfather, uncle, cousins, aunts, and brother went here. After this brother is buried, the next time I need a funeral home, I will seek a new experience. Because this may be a business to some, but it's our lost love ones to us. They are the most despicable, dishonest, indistinctive, and a liar . i wish i could give no star but i could'nt because it wont let me post....Richard have no spine, and they don't know the first thing about loyalty, compassion or trust. My dad's funeral was a nightmare, and they made my life a nightmare for the two months upon til the very day of my father's funeral. They wait until the week of my dad's funeral to start do anything and then they tried (Richard Mason) to be a bully to rush everything and wanted me to approve things of which I haven't even seen....Nothing that I had paid for, is what I get, They are a thief. Their manipulation is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Richard Mason who said he is the owner, is the worst, his conscience is as dead as the bodies he has there. people, my advice to you is don't ever use the garbage house to handle your love one....
The total cost I pay was $665,000 for the package and nothing i pay for is what i get.
1. the big bouquet should be hot pink and white all roses to be display on top of the casket - I don't even know what the hell was sitting on top of my dad's casket and it was all different types of color, not even one rose.
2. should be Two standing wreath should be all national roses, i got 2 big bundle of garbage, not even one rose including, all different colour except hot pink of which i order.
3. The vault quilting was worst peace of garbage, I have ever seen , it wasn't the one i had selected
4. should be Twenty white natural cut roses to be place on my dad's casket at the graveside, I get Two bunches of half white artificial flowers, which is not even separated them from the branches...
5. Tents, decorated was nothing like what i had asked for
6. Live zoom- it's the free zoom that they had used...keeps cutting off every 45 minutes, My God, what kind of a person would do that?? all of this you find out on the day of the funeral, so there is nothing you can do about it.
They are a thief, People, if you want your love ones to rest in peace, please don't choose the garage house!!!!! this place is the worst in history. not even your dog, you should let Mizpah handle.
