Coconut Cottage

Just got back from a lovely 7 day stay at Coconut Cottage. The home was amazing and the staff was even better. They worked so hard to ensure we had a great time. We loved being able to use the amenities at Round Hill Resort, and Allan arranged for a very cool ATV excursion as well. We also really enjoyed having our own private van and driver for the week, Donny showed us some amazing spots on the island. The villa was clean and well kept, we will definitely be coming back again!

Our family stayed at the Villa Mid June 2021 for 10 days.
It was the best vacation of my life.
The Staff were outstanding and courteous.
Allan, Leighton Peaches, Lorelette, Keith, and Mathew all did an outstanding job to make our vacation a memorable one. The food was amazing!

Stayed here for a week with friends and it was awesome. The views were amazing and the staff was so kind and courteous, they took care of everything, even our grocery shopping! The in house chef, Layton, made the best meals and Allan, the concierge, was so accommodating. Not to mention the house came with a private van and driver who drove us all over the island. The housekeeping and grounds staff were also awesome and super friendly. This is right across from around Hill Resort so we were able to use their beach and water activities during the day. We also went golfing and the nearby Tryall
golf club. The villa also has its own private gym with free weights, machines, treadmills and a peloton bike, so bring your shoes! Highly reccomend staying here. Thanks for an awesome week!

The entire staff was amazing. I mean everyone. Don't get mean started on the food! 😋. All around exceptional service and from everyone single member of the staff.

A wonderful villa in a traditional style with modern amenities and quloty finishes. Highly recommended.

It was a great place, loved the scenery,but I found it challenging to get a strong wifi signal

Do not stay at Coconut Cottage a.k.a. Cockroach Cottage. We stayed there 10 days, and had cockroaches interfere with our experience many times. On the third night, one of my guests woke up to find a cockroach in his bed. I reached out to Kate, the concierge, who promised that spraying would take place, and something would be done. However, nothing happened. And not too long after I awoke in bed with a cockroach on my chest, two interrupted us at dinner, we found another one waiting for us in the bedroom after we had been out all day and had to kill another on our final night casually strolling towards the master bedroom. What is even worse, is that the staff did nothing to address our concerns, were rather blase about our complaints and gaslighted us the entire time.

We asked to be compensated not for the entire trip but at the very least for our troubles. But Mr. and Mrs. John Durant’s offer was to give us a free night for another stay. I cannot help but think that if we were not a black family this issue would’ve been dealt with better. Stay here at your own risk – or I guess if you are white.
