Good for buying gift and souvenirs

The lady at the till was unnecessarily rude to the customer before me, she was clearly not suitable to work in a public environment. She was annoyed by everything and everyone. Totally unknown the words please and thank you. Very disappointing as the store is really nice. Hope she was just having a bad day.

Just went in this store. The woman at the toll was quite rude. Maybe she was having a bad day. Asked her for the price of a notebook, didn’t listen to me. I felt pressure so I thought to ask for a receipt - she charged me €25 euros even though every other notebook was under €10 - when I asked for a refund she refused.

Just quite rude and extremely disappointed in the service considering I had a brilliant time in Rome

La cassiera è stata davvero maleducata. Ci ha cacciati in malo modo perché doveva chiudere, cosa che che non era affatto evidente visto che siano potuti entrare. Ma a prescindere dal fatto se doveva o non doveva chiudere, c'è modo e modo di parlare. Non si dice ai clienti " ma che è un parco divertimenti? Forza uscire" e a una ragazza che stava pagando "forza! Veloce, mica posso aspettare a te, dai". Il tutto urlando. Pessimo servizio e pessima relazione con i clienti.
