“Jack” is super knowledgeable and his English is great! We were able to easily describe the type of skis we were looking to try and he provided excellent recommendations multiple days in a row.

He also offered a ton of recommendations for our next trip to Cortina for cycling.

Having worked in a ski shop since I was a young kid I can tell you that Jack is one of the best outdoor store employees I have met. Now I need to learn some more Italian so I can learn even more! Thanks for the great gear and excellent customer service.
