Searching for a new bike I found a Giant TCR Advanced (in stock) in the shop. I sent an email to ask about the real stock and shipping (I am from Romania) and I received the reply in less than one hour(bike in stock and delivery with DHL). I purchased the bike and next day was already prepaired for shipping.
I received the bike and it is awesome. It looks better in reality compared with pictures.
I rate the support from shop with 5 starts. They answer and helped me with any questions that I had.
They are way above compared with most local shops from Roamnia.
When I will want to upgrade something on my new bike I already know what shop I will contact :)

Great choice of products and excellent support even at distance, fast shipping: 2 days after payment I got my order at home in the Netherlands. The place to visit for fixie parts and accessories!

I highly recommend Sardi Cicli! I have bought a Giant bike and afterwards noticed some technical problem, the shop team supported me and contacted Giant Italy, the problem was solved very well. The contact with stuff was very good.

Although we had a misunderstanding regarding the ordered item, the staff was very responsive and quick helping to solve the problem. Thank you for that!

Ho acquistato una Revolt 0 e delle stupende scarpe Shimano (oltre a vari accessori) presso questo negozio.
Oltre a trovare un ambiente molto moderno e curato sono rimasto davvero colpito dall'esperienza, la serietà ed i consigli che Massimo, Alessandro e lo staff hanno saputo offrire.
Non sono un esperto di tecnicismi ma con molta pazienza mi hanno spiegato tutto il necessario. Pazienza che é davvero rara in questi tempi :)
