told me my bracelet was 18 carat gold plated, paid 400.00 for it...tarnished after 8 wears...horrible quality, how do they stay in business ? should of read the reviews first

Very poor customer service.
I bought a pair of earrings and a ring at this store in July- for my wife's birthday.
When she unwrapped it, one of the stones had already fallen out. Obviously very disappointing .We contacted the store via the contact form on the day and sent a follow up email. We have not received any correspondence to resolve it.
