Casa Franchina | Wish Sicily

A beautiful villa set in the perfect location.

The villa (large 2 storey house) is set on a large land plot with sea views and lots of outdoor living space; large swimming pool with spa, double bbq, fire pit with seating and lots of outdoor seating throughout. The table tennis table was also a great addition providing hours of entertainment for our 2 teenagers.

The villa itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need for a self catering holiday. It is very spacious (much bigger than we envisioned from the photos) and was perfect for our 2 week stay.

The owners Cristina and Pippo are such a lovely couple and were very welcoming on our arrival. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a relaxing stay in their villa - they even provided a welcoming gift of Sicilian food, fresh fruit and a selection of drinks, which was much welcomed after our long journey and arriving late in the day.

They were also very helpful in advising best places to go for trips, where to eat, and places to avoid on busy days. Cristina and Pippo were so nice that we spent our last evening with them at their local bar on the beach with some of their friends, a great memory for us, thank you to Cristina and Pippo!

We would highly recommend this villa to anyone, you will not be disappointed!!!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Franchina in Acquedolci.
We had a party of 4 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space to enjoy. The kitchen and dining facilities are more than adequate for self catering, with indoor and outdoor options.
We spent very little time indoors other than sleeping, with ample area in sun and shade outdoors, beautiful gardens and a wonderful view of the sea.
The pool was a highlight for the kids, and is more generous than most we have had in the past. with plenty of room to splash around.
Although you feel very private and away from it all; it's actually just a few minutes walk into Acquedolci for Granita, Gelato, Pizza, or whatever you fancy, it's also very handy for the seafront with a choice of two beach bars.
The owners couldn't be more friendly and hospitable. Pippo even helped us to find medical assistance when one of our party had an issue, which we can't thank him enough for.

Posizione ideale per una vacanza rilassante. Casa pulita e completa con bellissima vista sul mare. Proprietari davvero gentili e disponibili per ogni consiglio e necessità. I bambini sono stati felici di poter godere della bella piscina e del ping pong che ha allietato le ore passate in villa. Sicuramente ci torneremo! Grazie ancora a Cristina e Pippo!
