A group of 4 of us visited from England for 4 nights in the summer. We stayed up every night with a bottle of wine to watch the sun set and look at the stars. The garden is so peaceful and the views are beautiful.
The hosts Eva and Giorgio could not have been nicer, always happy to help, Giorgio even got our BBQ going.
The accommodation itself was comfortable and had everything we could need, including a dishwasher.
Travel into Rome by train was very easy and only a short drive away, and the restaurants we tried in the local lakeside town's were brilliant. I'd come back in a heartbeat as there was plenty we didn't see both in and out of Rome and I very much miss the garden, the pool, and the sun.

A charming villa with lots of character and lovely hosts Eva and Giorgio made us very welcome. The villa is in a great location for the local towns around lake Bracciano which are lovely and crammed with nice restaurants. Then if you want the contrast of the peaceful countryside to the bustle of the big city you also have easy access to Rome via Cesano station a 15 minute drive away, free to park and just one euro for the fare! The appartment is lovely and clean with all the facilities you need. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to come back again. Eva thank you again for the apple cake which was delicious!

The house, surroundings and people, everything is amazing! Apartments have all you need, to have relaxing holiday. Good beds, dishwasher, laundry room, grill for bbq. Nice shady outdoor areas to enjoy. New pool area is wonderful. Owners are there for you but also give you space. Atmosphere is something you can´t find anywhere else. House is near beautiful clean lakes where you can swim and find nice towns and lots to see and do. Also Rome is not far away. Easy and short drive to airport. My familys favourite place in Italy! Thank you Eva&Giorgio, see you again!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questa struttura immersa nel verde.
Nel giardino è presente il parcheggio, delle sdraio e anche una piscina, ovviamente chiusa nel periodo invernale.
La camera con bagno e cucina aveva a disposizione anche una sorta di patio con tavolino e sedie (oltre al giardino accessibile a tutti gli ospiti).
La camera era così attrezzata che siamo rimasti davvero colpiti: lavastoviglie, prodotti per la pulizia, cavatappi, microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane etc. Veramente mai trovata una struttura così fornita.
I proprietari sono cordiali, disponibili e sorridenti, sempre pronti a consigliare ristoranti e attrazioni da visitare nei dintorni.
La struttura si raggiunge solamente con la macchina perché negli immediati dintorni non c'è nulla.

Один из самых лучших домов для отдыха на нашей памяти в Италии. Идеальное место чтобы провести выходные в дали от шума! Но в тоже время легко добраться на машине до Рима. Очень гостеприимные владельцы! Прекрасный современный и красивый интерьер номеров! Мы обязательно вернемся!

Per il mio 60esimo compleanno ho alloggiato il 12 novembre in questa splendida struttura a due passi da Roma...posto pulito, ordinato, con un bel panorama, ottimo se cerchi un luogo dove stare in PACE, con i proprietari Eva e Giorgio che sono stati gentilissimi! Ci torneremo e lo consiglieremo a tutti i nostri conoscenti!!! A presto!!!

Abbiamo appena trascorso sei giorni in questa struttura....ottima la pulizia, il giardino, la piscina e il panorama....da qui si possono visitare tutti i borghetti vicini, il lago di Bracciano, Calcata, Sutri e anche Roma come abbiamo fatto noi....la sig.ra Eva e suo marito attenti e premurosi.... Se dovessimo tornare a Roma ci rivedremo!!!!Arrivederci

Ospitalità di altissimo livello!
Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare presso questa struttura in occasione delle Finali Mondiali Lamborghini a Vallelunga.
Per noi che arriviamo dagli Stati Uniti è stato come essere a casa, l'ospitalità da parte di Eva e Giorgio è stata da 5 stelle, entrambi gentilissimi, cordiali e disponibili.
Le colazioni preparate da Eva poi ci hanno fatto respirare l'aria di casa anche se a migliaia di km di distanza.
La collocazione è perfetta e a 7 minuti di auto dall'autodromo, non potevamo chiedere di più.
Suggerisco a chiunque di soggiornare in questa struttura, sia per una visita turistica sia per business.
Ci tornerò ogni volta che potrò!

Beautiful dream

Per me e stata una favolaaaaa da racontare Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla . Ottima attenzione al cliente, confort e massima pulizia. La struttura è bellissima, ben arredata e curata nei minimi dettagli. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, molto ospitali e anche disponibile ottima colazione e camera, bagno, sala di soggiorno e giardino come da foto.
Abbiamo passato io e mio marito due weekend in holiday home sellanraa e stata una cosa spettacolare relaaaaaaaaaaaax totale mi sono sentita a casa con tocco romantico e affascinante .... nel secondo weekend la gentile Sig. Eva ha preparato un dolce per noi è che era buonissimo grazie veramente con tutto il cuore ❤🙏🏼🙏🏼 Grazie per il suo figlio è anche il suo marito che erano come lei gentilissimi e stato da vero un grande piacere per noi e sicuramente torniamo .

Sono stata in questa struttura 3 notti. Io avevo bisogno di un posto silenzioso e immerso nel verde. Per le mie esigenze era perfetto. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili ma non invadenti.

Piccolo gioiello all'interno della riserva naturale. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, appartamento pulito ed accogliente, luogo rilassante al di là di ogni aspettativa. Proprietari di casa cordiali e disponibili.

Ottima struttura, buona accoglienza da parte dei proprietari. Appartamento ben curato e sufficientemente pulito. Il posto è un po' isolato ma immerso nel verde e molto tranquillo.
