Jake and Lisa, along with their team of Luca, Pepe, Angela, Orazio, and Eleonora shared so freely their love for Abruzzo that it quickly became infectious. You will not only feel at home when staying at the Villa D'Abruzzo, you'll feel homesick later, when you're not there. There is a powerful draw that can't be explained, but must be experienced. Perhaps much to their chagrin, we now regard them as family, and can't wait to return.

This was my first trip to Italy and it won't be my last. The entire experience at Villa D'Abruzzo was amazing. The staff, the food and the Villa were top notch.

My wife and I recently traveled to Italy as part of a tour group. On one of our free days, I arranged for Amazing Abruzzo Tours to pick us up in Rome and drive us to the birthplace of my wife’s father in the Abruzzo village of Pratola Peligna. Everything Amazing Abruzzo Tours did for us was exactly what we were hoping and MORE! We located in the village the home where my wife’s father was born and got to meet and talk to some of the locals. Our guide, Luca, could not have done more for us. He was knowledgeable, friendly and allowed us to set the pace. We also were treated to a wine tasting at a local winery, Cantina Margiotta. Many thanks for all AAT did to make our day special and if we are fortunate to visit Italy again we will definitely consider them!

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in April at Villa D’Abruzzo with a group of friends. It was our first trip to Italy, and we could not of had a better experience. We were treated like family by the owners Jake & Lisa and their incredible staff. Chefs Angela & Sabrina spoiled us with fantastic meals from fresh local ingredients. Our “all-inclusive package” pampered us from morning to night.
Experienced tour guides made our daily excursions memorable with visits to: wineries, castles, monasteries, roman ruins, medieval villages, fishing platforms on the Adriatic, amongst others. Luca, Peppe, Giulia, Nora are passionate about showing you the best sites around Abruzzo.
I feel Lisa & Jake are lucky to have such a dedicated staff, and the staff are lucky to have them. It explains why they get return visits, and are booked for more than a year in advance (word of mouth-no advertising).
I fully agree with comments made about “a really authentic Italian experience”.

A truly amazing experience! Our hosts Lisa and Jake as well as their outstanding staff welcomed our family of 11 for a week we won’t soon forget. We woke to fresh baked goodies at breakfast, explored their towns and villages by day thanks to very personable and knowledge guides and finished the day with dinner al fresco on the terrace - Wow! We can’t thank them all enough for sharing their authentic piece of Italy with us. Bravissimo !!

After going through Villa D'Abruzzo in detail, I can't wait to arrive next month for a week of vino and food with my family.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! My husband and I along with family members and friends filled Jake and Lisa's villa and townhouse the week of July 21st to the 28th 2018. Our time spent at Amazing Abruzzo Tours Villa was by far the most beautiful, educational, delicious and memorable holiday we have ever experienced. Jake and Lisa's staff are the most knowledgeable, hospitable, caring and loving group of people... no doubt inspired by their employers! The sites, the villages we visited, the people we met, and the food and wine provided a truly authentic Italian experience! There is so much to see and experience in Abruzzo that we most definitely will be back with more friends and family members. For those who have visiting Italy on their bucket list, rest assured that your bucket will overflow with amazement at Jake and Lisa's Amazing Abruzzo Tours Villa.

If it were possible to give this experience 10 stars, I would do so. What an amazing week - a taste of the unspoiled Italy. We were made to feel like family in a lovely villa in Torre de' Passeri, the staff spoiled and pampered us, and the tour guides were far more than that - two lovely young men, passionate about their homeland and eager to show us everything. I fully understand why this all-inclusive offering is fully booked a year ahead and why people are already booking a return visit.

Villa D'Abruzzo is paradise. Located in an area where you get the authentic Italian experience, it's how I came to know the beauty of Italian culture ... the wine, food, breathtaking mountain views, friendly locals and beautiful ruins.

Top notch hospitality. All the comforts of home but with way better cooking and no dishes! Wonderful tours available everyday and a lovely pool to come back to. Lovely people.

Best place for a unique and special vacation. Amazing tour guides, delicious food, and very gracious hosts!
