Hello, I rented a car in Rome for 3 days. Impeccable service. I am a single woman and I was a little apprehensive about renting in a country I don't know (especially for the deposit). I was picked up at the airport within 5 minutes after leaving the terminal just 200 m away, the vehicle was clean even better than what I thought I had rented. The return was even better because I arrived late, I got lost and the team was able to reassure me by telling me that it's not serious and guiding me by WhatsApp. quick vehicle check. all scratches were honestly noted on the sheet given at departure. I am very satisfied and I recommend this rental agency 100%. Thank you very particularly to Fadi for your humanism and your good humor. F.T.

Easy pick up and drop off on airport very closed around 10 min maximum. 24 hrs service for rent the car, the good point also when they prepare the car rental agreement in advance via WhatsApp before arriving.

Great rental! Prices, especially for 5+2 car are unbeatable (2 times lower!). It is about 4 kilometers from the Airport, but the provide free transport. I had some problems at gas station and was late (about 1.5h) with return but they are really understanding and no additional fees was charged. Customer service is amazing. I got a lot of help from Fadi due to mentioned problems at gas station. Thanks!

We had a major delay in the flight one day actually. I've contacted the stuff and they told me I have nothing to worry. We took two cars, both were clean and new, stuff is polite and willing to help. Sure I'll be happy to rent again.

Rented a car for 7 days back in May of 2023. I had nothing but a positive experience. Communicated on WhatsApp and they made the process very easy for me. Price was the same when we picked up the car with a low deposit.

Worked out perfectly fine. Getting picked up from the Airport in the middle of the night was no Problem and worked perfectly and dropping the car off and getting back to the Airport was fine aswell.
Very good Service and handled everything really well.

I used Vivarent after we had problems with our existing car hire company Surprice. Fadi was really accommodating and managed to find us a car straightaway and helped me through the process. Within 30 minutes I had a brand new car and was off on my way.

Their customer service was absolutely fantastic, Fadi was available anytime I needed support during the week and they were always quick to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend them and would happily use them again.

We cannot speak more highly of Freddie, the sales agent who helped two very tired and weary Australian travellers at the end of a very long journey. He was kind, friendly, articulate and helpful. A real asset to the company. He went out of his way for us which was much appreciated. Thanks

Vivarent gave us very good service, and allthough we needed the car in the middle of the night they found the solution (where other companies didn't ), and the people at the counter were realy generous and helpfull!

Prix defiant toute concurrence, le personnel est d'une grande amabilité et le choix des vehicules est grand. Si vous avez besoin d'une voiture de location pour vos vacances ou autre, c'est ici qu'il faut venir, ne gaspiller pas votre argent ailleurs, faites des économies en ayant l'esprit tranquille, je recommande et reviendrai avec plaisir.
