f you are anywhere near here, go. Fantastic experience. Fantastic value. Don't consider missing this wonderful experience. We made Campanato, Pomodoro Secchi, Busiate pasta, and Cartocci. We learned SO much and made SO much food in 4 hours. Relaxing but immersed in the cooking and techniques. The history of the building, family and the winery was so interesting. Highly recommend and if you can't attend, encourage a friend....then they can share the leftovers with you.

We booked a cooking class with Liliana and Vincenzo and we were treated like family, it was an amazing experience full of tasty food, storytelling, fun and warmth. We had Liliana just for ourselves which made the experience more intimate and we talked, dancer, chopped, cooked, fried and eventually ate all the beautiful food with their local wine! The place is magical and secluded from the busy areas. We would go again for sure!

Amazing Sicilian cooking experience. Takes place in a rusting farm house that used to be (and still is) wine producing. Organic products that taste amazing and fanstatic hosts. Totally worth it, so much more than your typical cooking class.

One the greatest experience I have had in Sicily! Wine tasting and lunch with Liane and her team, which are the definition of hospitality. They take care of you and explain you everything you need to know. Highly recommended!

Honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had. I am usually very sceptical about these things, being afraid of being treated like a tourist - which I hate. Instead, Liliana, Vito and Vincenzo hosted us like a family, which considering we have a baby with us, was not an easy task to handle. Cooking was such a fun and remarkable experience, the social part was amazing, and the food was just tasting amazing... I would recommend this to anyone, 10 times out of 10. Great job!

We had a chance to take part in cooking classes which were an ultimate experience. We almost immediately felt like members of Sicilian family. Delicious local dishes and fantastic wine - something definitely worth trying when staying in Palermo area.

tour. Vincenzo was a fantastic host. He drov us around and talked about the Vinyard. We then hada feast that Liliant prepared and we chatted over the delicious wines. Vincenzo talked to us about his family asking up about our lives and we felt like we were treated like we were family. The best wine tour we have ever done. He even offered to have us stay with him
that nice since we were staying 3

Esperienza consigliata. Atmosfera festosa in un contesto famigliare. Ottimo il pranzo con prodotti del territorio di produzione della famiglia. Possibilita' di acquisti in loco. Qualita' e simpatia in perfetta armonia con serieta' e professionalita'.

Siamo arrivati in questo posto meraviglioso per “sbaglio”, non prenotando nessun percorso, ma siamo stati lo stesso accolti da Vincenzo, che si è intrattenuto con noi, fuori orario, facendoci godere di un momento di puro relax, degustando i suoi preziosi ed ottimi vini. Antico baglio dei Florio, un luogo intriso di storia e magia. Ancora inesistenti i binari che dalla ferrovia portavano l’uva.
Piacevoli le chiacchiere ed i racconti che ci siamo scambiati. Eccellenti pure le loro particolari conserve. Non abbiamo potuto conoscere Liliana, ma contiamo di ritornare il prima possibile, perché tutto merita di essere rivissuto. Auguriamo a Vincenzo e Liliana di poter fare sempre meglio, così già come fanno!

Ci si immerge nella storia di una delle più grandi dinastie imprenditoriali siciliane dell' 800. Lodevole l' impegno dei proprietari ad una progressiva riqualificazione del bene. Prezioso per il tessuto locale, ottima iniziativa quella della via dei tesori.... ma è solo l'inizio! Grazie ai libri della Auci, alla serie di Disney plus, ed ai "ricordi" dei conterranei, va cavalcata l' onda , come attrazione turistica in ambito storico-industriale ed eno-gastronomico. Posto riservato e pittoresco. Cibo sano, biologico, a chilometro zero. Vini e olio di ottima qualità.Rapporto qualità prezzo, davvero super!
Possibilità di organizzare eventi, feste di compleanno per adulti e bambini.

Sono stato al Baglio con un gruppo di amici per visitare il sito e pranzare. Il baglio è molto interessante e ricco di storia, i proprietari gentilissimi, accoglienti e davvero simpatici. Il pranzo è stato superlativo, con piatti tradizionali, ma rivisitati con grande gusto e realizzati con materie prime di alta qualità a km zero; i vini sono di ottima qualità. Spero proprio di poterci tornare!!!

Bardzo przyjemne doświadczenie. Winnica ulokowana jest z dała od zgiełku miasta. Można poczuć smak prawdziwej sycyli.
Gospodarze oprowadzili nas po lokalnej winiarni, oraz mogliśmy doświadczyć włoskiej kolacji z wieloma przystawkami i lokalnymi winami. Gospodarze posiadają bardzo bogatą rodzinną historie.

Esperienza fantastica! Degustazione di vino, olio e prodotti tipici siciliani, rigorosamente biologici. Ho assaggiato la migliore caponata della mia vita! Un grazie speciale a Vito, Liliana e a tutto lo staff.

Siciliaanse kookworkshop met kinderen gedaan. Wat een top-ervaring. Dit zou echt op de ‘must-do’ op Sicilië moeten komen.

De kok Vito legt veel uit, maakt samen met de kinderen (en ouders) heerlijke gerechten klaar. Tussendoor dansen op Siciliaanse muziek. En wat een heerlijk eten komt er op tafel. Met lokale wijn, lokale olijfolie. De kinderen zijn van 15.30 tot 19.30h druk geweest met koken en lol hebben.

Ook de eigenaren van de locatie kwamen langs. Wat een ontzettend lieve en geïnteresseerde mensen zijn dat. Het was onze laatste avond op Sicilië maar die hadden we niet beter kunnen besteden
