Amazing staff!! They went above and beyond to help me and my friend find early morning transport to the airport when we had a problem with our car. They also kindly upgraded the room as they happened to have a bigger room available. Can’t praise the staff enough!! The hotel itself is traditional style (don’t expect anything super modern) with comfy beds. Very clean spa with a nice sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Great view from the room as it’s right on the lake. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to hike in the area!

Beautiful hotel and area. Also in the summer this is very nice. It's not a new hotel but its clean and has caracter. Dining room is nice and great view over the lake. The breakfast is great and has plenty of everything. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. Great stay, spectaculair view, room was ok-ish.

Very friendly staff, fair pricing. The food was incredible, and they had no problem catering gluten free. Good clean spa with sauna and whirlpool. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to every Munich Venice hiker passing through. - it's worth to spend the rest day here!

Hotel placed in beautiful area of Alleghe just next to the lake with a terrific view from the restaurant. We stayed there as 5 families group (incl. 11 kids). Although the rooms may look a bit old and bathrooms are not the newest too, we felt very comfortable. The service, staff support and their patience compensates and even exceeds the little inconvenience of older interior. Restaurant servers breakfast in buffet formula and dinner, for the groups, in shorter 1 out 3 formula (of Primi and Secondi piatti ) + dessert. We were never disappointed - food was always great. Moreover the selection of wine is great too. Ask the head of the restaurant table for an advise. Hotel is fitted with warm ski drying room. There are two saunas and a jacuzzi in very quite and relaxing place.
Access to the ski area is in a walking distance or you can choose to take the hotel shuttle bus which staff, again, is being very supportive.

We will be happy to come back there again.

PS. Please note that in winter time sun is coming there quite late due to surrounding mountains.

A great hotel with a wonderful lakeside position. What a superb place to enjoy a drink or a meal on the terrace with views of Lake. High quality food from the restaurant and very attentive staff make this the perfect place to stay and eat

Cozy and comfortable hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff who really went out there way to help arrange ski lessons / childcare etc. An excellent stay with young children.
