Villa Rosita

Lovely place. The rooms are very comfy and asthetic. Has fridge, hot and cold air conditioner, comfy beds, nice shower and courtesy water bottles. Breakfast was delicious! Lots of sweet and salty options like breads, cookies, pastries and yogurt. You can take your breakfast to your room
The owner, Federico was very kind! He can speak english and spanish, and was always eager to help.

Nice place! The owner is very friendly and the bnb is close to a few restaurants that are open late, that was a great plus. You can arrange airport pickup (and drop off) for a fair price. Very convenient for a one night stay close to the airport, definitely recommend :)

Great small hotel! Service is perfect! Pick up from/to airport is organized by owner, ten minutes with a car and you are at place. Definitely would stay here again, and will recommend to everyone.

This is the loveliest little hotel you could find. Beautiful place, very clean and well-kept, family run. Staff was outstanding, Frederico picked me up at the airport within 10 mins. Breakfast was amazing. There is a local restaurant 50 meters from the hotel, quite possibly the best pizza I've ever had, for 7 euros. It was a little noisy in the late evening because of a local soccer game, but the overall quality of the place outshines that by far . Cinque Stelle!!

Lovely host who lives in the villa, very quiet and local. Ideally you need a car to get around otherwise you can ask the owner for the shuttle services to various of locations. There's is a biker's pub (Red Indian Saloon) restaurant place near by. Randomly bumped into it and they had local by band performed power ballards and food was enjoyable.

Excellent location close to airport, friendly accommodations staff was super helpful with transportation to airport. Rooms were excellent clean and huge nice after a day of traveling. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores

Near the airport Fiumicino, good price for the night. Rooms have the essential things. Cosy place. They offer shuttle transport for an reasonable price. Thank you, Federico, for your hospitality!

Non posso fare commenti per quanto riguarda la struttura perché non sono riuscita a soggiornare in questo posto per un mio sbaglio di date ,ma posso dire che il titolare della struttura è stato molto gentile ad accettare la mia cancellazione senza farmi pagare alcuna penale, nonostante io fossi nel torto.grazie mille,sicuramente alla prima occasione sceglierò questa struttura

Villa spettacolare , !!! Ho alloggiato qui per un concorso con la mia ragazza , proprietario super disponibile e gentilissimo ! , colazione gratuita e disponibile in qualsiasi orario! , con possibilità di fare colazione in camera !,bagno privato e camere pulitissime ! Con pulizia giornaliera!😍Ringrazio ancora il proprietario della villa per averci consigliato tantissime cose e posti dove mangiare !

Il gestore è stato gentilissimo, purtroppo i nostri parenti avevano perso il taxi per l'aeroporto e allora li ha accompagnati personalmente lui. Si merita un ringraziamento particolare!

Struttura pulita e ben tenuta. Bellissimo il giardino e la possibilità di svegliarsi cullati dal cinguettio degli uccellini. Stanze ampie, luminose e pulite. Personale molto qualificato e cortese. Ottimo il servizio navetta da e per aeroporto. Struttura ideale per i viaggiatori... e per chi deve fare un concorso alla Fiera di Roma

Questo B&B vicinissimo all'aeroporto è un'ottima scelta per chi come noi si ritrova un volo alle 6,00 di mattina. Era la seconda volta che pernottavamo al Villa Rosita e spero che ci torneremo presto. Ottima la pizzeria di fronte. Consigliato!

Это частная вилла, находится близко к аэропорту Фьюмичино, ехать буквально 5-7 минут. Есть трансфер от отеля 15 евро в одну сторону, 25 евро в обе (или за двоих). Перед приездом хозяин Федерико связывается с вами сам, уточняет необходимость трансфера.
Отличные номера, вилла сделана с любовью и заботой, интересный интерьер. Все чистенько, аккуратненько. Завтрак включен в стоимость, хороший Интернет, комфортные кровати. Что еще нужно между полетами?
Пляж, магазины, рестораны тоже есть рядом - для более длинной остановки в Фьюмичино.

Un ricordo splendido dell'accoglienza di Villa Rosita... prima e dopo un soggiorno londinese. Premure e massima cortesia.. una cena sublime a Isola Sacra. Felice di sapere che l'ospitalità è più di un mestiere per voi. Grazie!

Ideale se devi prendere l'aereo a Fiumicino ed hai bisogno di posto tranquillo per dormire prima o dopo il volo. Servizio navetta a qualsiasi ora e il signor Federico è un persona molto accomodante

Questo è un bell'albergo, con una famiglia ospitante molto simpatica. È molto vicino all'aeroporto ed è facile da trovare.
