Villa Belvedere Como lake Relais e Le Restaurant in Villa

I was at Villa Belvedere back in October and I am so grateful for management and staff. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were very accommodating with my requests. Very helpful with guidance to different locations in the surrounding area. There were gorgeous views from my room. Thank you for the hospitality and kindness you showed me.

This accomodation has two main charms: the view from the room and the service provided by the receptionists.

Even if in low season, the price paid for a room with a window/balcony right over Lake Como is just fantastic. Rooms aren't fancy or anything, but they are clean and cozy.

Breakfast was very generous (sweet and salt, yogurt, pastries, pandoro, juices and cappuccinos) and with a breathtaking view right over the lake and the nearby mountains.

What I appreciated the most though was the service provided by the two girls at the reception: they suggested itineraries, helped finding ferries, gave us the option to get a (rich) pick-up breakfast as we were leaving very early in the morning, leaving a note written (in japanese!), such a nice gesture really!

The parking is a bit narrow but I was guided by the ever helpful receptionist that did the role of "doorman" as well in that case.

Argegno is also well located in term of getting around and with a decent selections of nearby options for eating so definitely I'd come back in Villa Belvedere when staying in Lake Como.

Everything about this place is perfection!! Our room opened up to the lake and the view was to die for! The hotel has a parking lot right next to it. So your car enjoys the view of Como too. The service was great. The room was spacious and cozy with clean bathroom. We had dinner here as well. Every course left us speechless.
We sent this place as recommendation to all our friends.

We’ve just returned from a 3 night stay the Villa Belvedere, and it was absolutely perfect. Firstly, the location is just breathtaking. Waking up every morning to those stunning views across Lake Como was such a treat. The staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble, and they were only too pleased to help with any queries or requirements that we had.

We booked this hotel to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday, and upon arrive we were presented with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco - which I thought was a lovely gesture. The breakfast buffet was great, and the restaurant food was simply sensational.

Although Argegno is a small and quiet village, there are plenty of local bars and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. It is also situated right next to the ferry terminal - where you can travel to multiple other towns and villages around Lake Como.

I really couldn’t recommend Villa Belvedere highly enough! It is absolutely perfect!

This experience has been amazing. I would definitely give it a 4 star hotel and not 3. The staff are all very accommodating, especially to British people. The location is great. The views from the room are stunning. The room is a bit dated but hey it’s a 3 star so what are you going to expect. There is parking on site which is perfect and lots of restaurants within walking distance. If you wanted a cheap holiday but with a decent hotel then this is the one. A nice and friendly hotel directly on the lake. Off-street parking is a big bonus, as is the boat terminal practically outside the hotel. A very enjoyable couple of nights with the family.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our room was amazing and the restaurant meals were delicious. We were right on the lake. The perfect spot to be in such a beautiful place. The staff was warm and friendly. Our room was clean and comfy. We will be back.

We had the most amazing stay. The location is perfect. On the lake with the most charming views. Near the hotel there is a ferry station, restaurants, cable car. The room was absolutely beautiful and sparkly clean. Breakfast was wonderful. It was above my expectations. To sleep listening Como’s waves was really special.

We got a room with sea view which was awesome! The hotel also has a small beach private area with sea entrance which is very quite and perfect for chilling. The location of the hotel is perfect, near all restaurants and bars and almost next to the ferry station. The anti covid measures were respected at all times.

Stayed 5 nights on our honeymoon. Great Location right on the water and near the ferry. Views are incredible, breakfast is included, they have a great little area to lay out in sun and jump in the lake. Restaurant is good and bar is open all the time. Rooms have AC. Basically has everything you could want or need. Great value and recommending to all my friends!

Great little 3 stars hotel. I would say it is a 4 stars, located right on the bank of the beautiful Lake Como. The hotel premises is very clean. We stayed in a double room with lake view for a couple of nights. The sunshine through our window in the morning was delightful. The lake is so calm and peaceful, I could have just sat by the window all day with a nice cup of Italian coffee reading a book. The scenery surrounding the hotel was breathtaking. There are many restaurants near by as well. Monday market right outside the hotel was interesting, we bought local cheese from there. Oh..not to forget to mention, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a perfect location with an awesome view. Great breakfast beside the lake, watching the boats go by. Rooms are a bit older but everything is working perfectly and extremely clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended

(Review for the restaurant). I was chuffed by the view from our table and the high level of customer service offered by everyone here. The waiters and waitresses are really nice and friendly and put a lot of effort into accommodating our group of 10+ people. Would probably try staying at the hotel next time! :)
P.S. The wedding cake they made was excellent!

I stayed in the corner room with my Fiancee. To be honest, it was the most breathtaking hptel room view in my life. I also quickly dive into Lago di Como in front of hotel.

Very good meal, we were four and all dishes were well prepared and well presented. Service was friendly and unpretentious. As an added bonus, the restaurant has an excellent view of the lake and isolates you from the noise of the road. A place to revisit.

Stayed here late in October and had a lake view room, service was excellent immediately from check in and all staff we came into contact with were very helpful. Having driven from the UK we found there was always a space in the front car park and the access to the lake taxi is literally outside the hotel entrance which was ideal. We will be returning here in future without doubt.

Beautiful View from the room. It was one of our best stays on the trip. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys staying by the water. Restaurant and Breakfast were good too. Reaching by car is ideal for hotels in Lake Como.

Lovely hotel with friendly, and helpful staff. The room was clean. Breakfast is ok, a bit to much on the sweet side for my taste. Parking on the cort yard, good Wifi. I recommend this hotel with its great location on lake Como and which gives you stunning views of the lake for breakfast, afternoon drinks, and dinner.

Had the pleasure of eating our New Year Eve’s “Cenone” here and we were not disappointed. Well prepared dishes, nice wine and meticulous service, all done out under a large (covered for winter) lakefront terrace. The ladies room accidentally flooded for an instant and they handled it immediately and with little disruption to keep our evening memorable.
