قدمت این مسجد به چند صد سال می‌رسد. کتیبه بر روی ایوان ورودي جنوب غربی مسجد نشان دهنده این موضوع است. که‌ به‌ مرور زمان در باز سازی های مسجد ارزش تاریخی نادیده گرفته شده و فقط همان کتیبه مانده است. چه بسیار نمازگزاران آمدند و رفتند!
مساجد خانه پرهیزگاران است.

Jahrom is a city in the Central District of Jahrom County, Fars province, Iran, serving as both capital of the district and of the county. Jahrom is the largest city in southern Fars and the second-largest in the province. At the 2006 National Census, its population was 103,023 in 25,946 households.
