هتلی مختص مسئولان مخابرات که یک سال پیش تعمیرات و نوسازی آن انجام شده است، به طور مثال در لابی و کافی شاپ و دیزاین اتاق ها و سرویس های بهداشتی تغییرات ایجاد شده و در محل ورودی بالابری تعبیه شده که برای افراد مسن بسیار کارآمد است.
ولی نبود پارکینگ برای چنین مکانی یه پوئن منفی به حساب میاد.
به پارک کوهسنگی و ایستگاه اتوبوس و همچنین پاساژ قدیمی و خاطره انگیز زیست خاور دسترسی داره گرچه هتل خدمات رفت و آمد به حرم و برنامه بازدید خوبی ارائه می دهد.

با وجود نقائصی بسیار جزیی ،مکانی آرام ،تمیز ،مرتب،همه چیز به موقع با کارکنانی خوش برخورد و شریف است

همه چی خوب اما پارکینگ نداشت و سرویس گردشی رو هم حذف کرده بودن
