مجموعه بازار قدیمی زنجان با گستردگی جغرافیایی و تنوع راسته‌ها، یکی از مهم‌ترین جاذبه‌های گردشگری زنجان است. وجود مساجد فراوان و همچنین تعدد سراها و کاوانسراهای درون‌شهری در راسته‌های فرعی که هرکدام به نام و فعالیت خاص اختصاص یافته بودند، گویای پویایی این مجموعه در طول زمان‌های گذشته و شرایط حاکم بوده است. این بازار که طولانی‌ترین بازار سرپوشیده ایران محسوب می‌شود، از سوی غرب و شرق گسترش یافته و بدین لحاظ بازار پایین و بازار بالا تقسیم و نامگذاری شده است. مجموعه بازار زنجان در فهرست آثار ملی ایران به ثبت رسیده است و در بافت تاریخی شهر زنجان قرار دارد.
