در ظاهر مجتمع نان بزرگی است اما فقط دو نوع نان سنگک و تافتون پخت می‌کند. کیفیت نان سنگک قابل قبول است اما نان تافتون اصلا خوب نیست و ضخامت زیادی هم دارد! قیمت‌ها مناسب است اما فروشندگان به قدری به مشتری بی‌توجه هستند که باعث سردرگمی مشتریان می‌شود. چه درباره‌ی پرداخت، چه برای مشخص بودن صف، چه تعداد و نوع نانی که مشتری می‌خواهد اصلا توجهی ندارند و باعث اتلاف وقت زیادی می‌شوند.
