بزرگترین کتابخانه شمال کشور که توسط بخش خصوصی ساخته شده و اداره میشه. معماری تلفیقی مدرن و سنتی خیلی جذابی داره. به نسبت خلوت هست. فضای پانسیون خصوصی مطالعه داره علاوه بر فضای عمومی مطالعه. فضای ورزش بیرون ساختمون برای آقایان و خانم‌ها داره. کتابخانه به فرمت بسته کتاب میده و تعداد کتاب‌های خیلی زیادی دارن. فضای خلوت و خوب داره.

عالیه فقط یه کم حاشیه شهره

A big and nice library in the edge of the city.
The structure is more like a mansion or a fort rather than a public library. There is a wide greenfield behind the building. Unfortunately, most parts inside and outside the structure are sex segregated. Interior atmosphere is almost quiet. Also, there is a canteen which is provided many of your necessities like pens, some kinds of foods, and such things which you can find in a supermarket. Moreover, there are kinds of hot meals there, provided based on their daily program. Smoking is not allowed in the whole area and you should go out for smoking. The library is high-secured by security cams controlling. By 2019, the due fee is about 300,000Rials (about 3 dollars) per year.
