The reception is lousy and the staff are too busy with their choirs to the extent that they don't attend the patients properly. The waiting system and reserved times haven't been considered. And patients are waiting for too long after given reserved time. The staff are avoiding eye-contact in case to be asked any question. It is obvious that a reform in system is required.
