There are many good collections, even few of the staffs were nice and sweet but the cashier seems to be the owner is arrogant, rude and with immature behaviour to customers, when any customers comes in he asks the staffs to be around them as if customers are going to rob the shop this makes the customers to be uncomfortable in finding freely what they need. They need to improve their customer service.

The rate of the jewellery items are kind of affordable and good quality.

Pretty expensive

I recently visited this fancy shop named Nice Choice... Unfortunately it was my bad choice. Though the sales executives are not bad in their behaviour, the old man who stands in the cash counter is so rude and unprofessional. I selected a pair of toe rings, but found the size of one toe ring was bigger than the other one. I asked this old man to change it but he refused to do it and forcing me to purchase the toe rings with different size. On face I told him tha you cannot force me to purchase it and I don't want anymore. That old guy in the cash counter is really disgusting.

And so I purchased safety pin packets for Rs 4 from this shop.. You should see the disgust on the face of the shop owner, an old guy at the cash.. And he threw the packet to me asking "4 roopayo" as if for a beggar.. Like he was expecting to shower all my money on his shop for 10 safety pins. Such an *ss.

Bad customer service. I bought one necklace of 2000 rupees and broke it the next day. They refused to take it back too..
